We were pleased with our stay at Hanedan Resort and Beach Club for four reasons. In the first place, as we had hoped, it provided a very convenient base for visiting the ruins in Bergama (and other less well-known sites). Secondly the hotel was -- in early April -- peaceful and pretty, with a huge breakfast buffet for a handful of guests. |

The room was extremely dirty. We arrived late and due to cancellation policy we had to pay in full anyway, so we stayed. We asked if it was possible to have a cleaner room, and they showed us a different room, which was even worse. Hair in the bathroom, stains of dirt and dry soap everywhere. My partner had to buy cleaning liquids from the local shop and clean the bathroom before we could use it. |

hotel staff were very friendly and helpful very very loud music through PA from music/activities on the beach the day we checked in then at night from the restaurant. made it difficult to relax. |

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καλό,κοντά στην πόλη και το προσωπικό φιλικό. Η τιμη του δωματίου ήταν ακριβή σε σχέση(συμφωνα με την εμπειρία μας) με αυτο που πρόσφερε και σε σχέση με άλλα ξενοδοχεία της Τουρκίας. |

die wunderschöne lage am strand. die vielfalt des vorspeisen- und nachspeisenbüffets. mit toleranz das bemühen des services um erfüllung der gästewünsche. jedoch ist eine fundierte ausbildung dringend zu empfehlen. die absolute unprofessionalität der mitarbeiter speziell im service. kaum englisch-kenntnisse. mit großer toleranz gegenüber sprachlicher barrieren und service-chaos weiterzuempfehlen |

La spiaggia privata, assolutamente non affollata e tenuta in ordine con molta cura. La spaziosità della villa a 2 camere, situata in uno splendido giardino. La cattiva qualità della cucina per la cena, mentre la qualità del ristorante sulla spiaggia era ottima e l'obbligo della mezza pensione. |
