The staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

It's a little far from Taxim (15 min) and the curtains didn't block the sun.

The Hotel staff, all very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is very clean and they keep it clean and tidy. Location is not on the main road so it is quiet, but very close to the main road. Free breakfast with excellent food

The road is uphill and very narrow,it is one way traffic-- so the car always in high speed to overcome the upslope. And also half of the road were used for hotel parking. Must be extra vigilant when walking out of the hotel

TV wasn't working at all.

The entrance of the Residence located in narrow street. The absence of a table and chairs in the terrasse.

This is the best hotel in Instanbul, where I ever been. Staff was very polite. The breakfast was good. Good location of the hotel. Suitable for viewing all tourist destinations.

this hotel is suitable for families with young children , safety designed , staff & the manager Mr. Farit are lovely, helpful , welcoming attitude , good breakfast , if back to Istanbul will choose this hotel again.

First impression from the outside is deceiving , but once inside you are in another world of comfortable hotel atmosphere

All the staff are very good especially Latif in the front desk and Rajab each of them was more than excellent .

Due to works in Taksim Square getting to tourist sights was difficult. However, this was not the hotel's fault.

There were constructions going on within the hotel, as well as Constructions nearby. It was very noisy during daytime - and noise starts at 7AM. The Hotel must close down for renovation - when they are doing upgrade construction or when the next door is doing so.

Everything was very good, absolutely nothing to complaint about - very polite people working there, big clean comfortable room and bathroom, convenient place (near to Taksim, metro and shopping places), good breakfast, some hotel drinks in refrigerator in the room

Just one remark - in the description of the room was microwave, and hotel confirmed it while booking, but there was no one in the room :)

This Hotel /Apartment is good and comfortable. but during my stay Dec. 2012 there was construction near hotel and very noise and vibration for destroying of the old building. Otherewise it is OK.

hotel staff were very welcoming.

the location was not 5 minutes walking to Taqseem street as has been discribed in the booking website. the toilet was too gloomy

Breakfast is not adequate at all. The rooms especially windows are not enough sound proof.

It was a brilliant hotel and very good value for money - coffee all day the staff could not de enough for us - even carried our bags to the bus stop - I would have no problem in recomending this hotel to a friend.

I do not think it would be any good if you had mobility issues as it is on a hill with some steps leading up - bit once in the hotel there is a lift.

Excellent place and value for money In a city like Istanbul where you spend most of your time outside and you want a neat and clean place to sleep in, get adequate breakfast and friendly staff to help you around. Proximity to Taksim is good enough although it is a good 10-15 minutes walk.

Excellent, friendly and very professional staff. The residence is really neat &clean. Breakfast meal is comparable to 5* Hotels. The only annoying issue is the ramp from its building to the main road (really hard for elder guests), and lack of any english signs inside the building (although it is well known that guests would be always foreigners). Also, TV channels are very limited. However, I will keep recommending HR for all friends and may go again if a chance arises to revisit Istanbul.....
