hotel is near bus station, rooms was nice and we got the nicest room. the staff really helpful and nice, the breakfast was good. surely would recommend the hotel for others to stay at goreme.
The staff is very nice and always ready to help. My baggage was taken by the staff to my room. (there is no elevator, so it was very nice) Room and bathroom very clean. The breakfast is excellent!!! Good Wifi
I stayed in a standar cave room and I had other idea of a cave room.I mean, it look more like a normal room than a cave. But the room was very nice. No elevator.
Very helpful and friendly staff; delicious breakfast; great organisation of the hot air balloon flight
No swimming pools around Göreme- how's possible? No chance to buy a beer at the hotel and the local stores don't sell alcohol after 10pm.
Walking distance to the town center, very quiet, and you are facing some fairy chimneys in hotel. Nice ottoman design, very comfortable bed, big bathroom. The Turkish pancake at breakfast was the best breakfast I had in Turkey!!
The staff was very helpful and friendly! They booked our activities for our 5 days stay! Great ambiance and excellent service!
helpful staff for us to purchase bus tickets before our arrival, standard cave room (room 103) and home-made breakfast.
a few distance near town by walking
Our stay at Harman cave was wonderful, from the moment we arrived till our departure. The owner and manager were so nice and so helpful., and the hotel itself is beautiful. There's a sense of serenity around it that makes you never want to leave. We couldn't recommend it more to anyone who wants to make the most of their stay in Goreme. Giulio and Ruth
The staff was very polite. Every day we were given advice regarding sightseeing, in order to see as much as possible. Before arrival we had all our questions answered by instant e mails. We were also given the exact room we had asked. Breakfast very good with freshly made omelets and Turkish pides.
Bath stuff availability was not checked regularly, but it was not important comparing with the whole image.
Location, Services and the guidance given for local tourism. However the "Turkish Night" could have been avoided as it was mediocre but price was high. Maybe large commissions were involved.
Airconditioner required in the rooms particularly the higher rooms which are not cave rooms. Ventilation was not adequate hence rooms were too warm even at night !!
- Friendly and accommodative staff - Very good breakfast - They arrange for transfers, local tours etc - so it makes it very easy
- Nothing really
Jacuzzi in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise and welcome after our long walks.
Only one cave as far as I could see so a bit misleading name perhaps.
The executive cave room is simply amazing Facilities Staff Location
nothing I can recall
We did like very much the room , including all accessories and settings , the terrace , the friendly atmosphere , the superb breakfast with special Cappadocian pankakes and the exquisite professionalism of the staff . PIER ANGELO & VALENTINA , VIMERCATE , ITALY
Location and the staff. We had a big room which we paid a little extra for but it was worth it.
Ground floor Roma don't have a view so choose a room on the 1st floor
We stayed here for 2 nights in September. Great new hotel with fantastic patio area to sit and have a drink and enjoy the sunset and visit with fellow guests. The owner and staff will go out of their way to help make your stay great - laundry service (for a fee), book tours, dinner reservations, provide a bottle opener for our wine (very important), arrange last minute airport shuttles and let you shower at the hotel before catching the overnight bus after you've already checked out. There is a mini bar and fridge in the room and safe to lock your stuff up. Very beautiful hotel, next time I'd stay in one of the fairy chimney rooms. It is up a hill from town, but that's not uncommon in goreme and it's not a far walk. For the included breakfast, in addition to buffet items they will make you an omelette or Turkish pancakes, which was unique compared to other places we stayed. Very good.
As it's new, they haven't put in air conditioners yet, but I understand they plan to. But we had a fan in our room and had no issues without AC.
We were delighted with our room - very comfortable, tastefully furnished, large bathroom well appointed. Lovely breakfast, nicely served. But the thing that really set the Harman apart was their staff: all were very pleasant & helpful but Mehmet (owner? Manager? Was that & far more. When our evening flight to Istanbul was cancelled he spent well over an hour on the phone with Turkish airline trying to get us another flight, and then arranged transportation to the airport. He gave us his card saying if we had any further problems we could call & he'd be happy to help. Where else do you get that kind of service & consideration?.
* Big plus to the owner which is a very nice person. Whatever you ask, he will help you, calling other companies for the service that you need
* It was very warm and there was no air condition. Would've helped with just a smaller air ventilation, but there was nothing in the room that we booked
Accommodating staff, delicious breakfast and perfect location for the wonderful landscape x
Rooms didn't have ac but we were promptly brought a fan..it was a particularly hot summer and the caves don't normally get so hot.
The view of terrace
In the early morning it was noisy because people wanted to go for baloon and our room was in first floor
The hotel is very nice, but the staff is what makes this hotel special. They really go out of their way to help you. Thank you!
location, nice and helpful staff, quality of construction, very impressive craftsmanship, tasteful decoration
Friendly, helpful staff Rooms have special cave feel Hotel management organised our balloon flight and airport shuttle as well as a private taxi tour
The Harman Cave Hotel is in good location (though be aware you will be walking up a hill to get to it), and it was fun to wake up and be able to watch balloons take off across Cappadocia from the beautiful and peaceful patio. Some of the staff were also kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the shower was hot.
Our room was very hot at night, even with the window open and a fan going. We had assumed we were going to be in a complete "cave room," and hence that air conditioning would not be needed, but it was not a "cave room" but rather a room with stone (?) walls in a normal building. I assume some of the rooms are indeed cave rooms, just not the one we were in. The entire bathroom faucet apparatus was loose and felt like it was going to come out/off, but we were still able to use it. The breakfast was ok but not remarkable (but the people working at breakfast were kind).
We loved the place. Location - superb. Walking distance from the town
Needs Air conditions in the rooms
Great service and communication...great sleep and a good breakfast selection.
