The hospitality was amazing, the food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every minute spent at this hotel.
Super-friendly trio of sisters run it. Breakfast superb. Roomy comfortable areas. Gorgeous views from roof terraces.
Hauling luggage up three flights to entrance, then up a narrow winding staircase and then DOWN another 8 steps to get to room. A total workout just to check in.
The rooms are beautiful, the included breakfast was wonderful, and the sisters who own the hotel are gracious and always willing to help.
Not accessible. Do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get into hotel.
there is a family hotel, it hard to find the location and staff are not service mine. we expect to pay more money for stay at this hotel but not completed for value.
We had the best time at this hotel. The staff were amazing and went our their way to help us with info on the area and excursions, we were in urgip for 3 nights and unfortunately the weather meant we couldn't do a balloon ride, but, as the rooms were so nice it was a pleasure staying in relaxing- reading a book or having a big bubble bath. The hotel is walking distance from Turkish baths to have a traditional experience and shops for delicious Turkish foods and Turkish delight. The local bus to the outdoor museum - if you decide to do the formations by foot as we did - is directly infront of the door. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.
Gorgeous cave room and great location, good breakfast with delicious freshly made local delicacies
Terrible service. Intermittent hot water - 1 out of 3 days. When we complained they said we could move out and find a new hotel - at 9pm at night with a small child. We weren't allowed to use the shade umbrellas on the terrace - we were just told 'no'. The centre courtyard we were told was just for the family but we had to pass through it to get to our room. Would not stay there ever.
We are arrived to the Hotel very late, but the service was excellent even though the time was too late. Homemade cakes and jams were very tasteful. Especially two pretty Turkish girls were so kind to drive us to the Turkish Night Show. When the country is moving towards to an Islamic state, those two wonderful girls demonstrate how Turkish women can be so good to manage the hotel.
About everything, but mostly I like the whole crew and their smiles. Excellent breakfast as fresh as could be, clean room and interesting hotel building itself.
I put really deep thought into this question, but I couldn't find anything.
Our bedroom was generous sized with an enormous sitting room. The hotel is set within a beautiful historic building with great views of the surrounding area. Located just a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was homemade and of consistently high standard. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, putting in the effort to find us a balloon trip despite most being booked up. The owners were also good to have a chat and glass of wine with.
The service is nice, the room is clean and the breakfast is good with different kinds of jams, fruits and freshly boiled eggs. Also you can have varied beverages according to your own needs. I like the house with stone and natural wood as its all building material, and l'm sure it's a hotel with long history.
I just felt a little hot in the late June and didn't know how to do,which should be instructed when checking in.
The cave room was very nice, roomy and nice ambiance. The location was good. big bathroom
Humid smell in the room. little things lite light bulbs were exposed in the nooks. Bathroom details were not perfect. For the price we paid everything should be perfect.
Great location in center of city. Not an easy location to find but car parking is available. Great view over city from roof top terraces - ideal for breakfast. Small hotel with friendly and helpful owners and staff.
No key to hotel provided but staff always on duty - so good security but entry might be delayed if staff busy and away from front door. Minor issue with leaking faucet in sink. Big delay for hot water to sink but not to tub/shower. Long, steep, and uneven stairs to hotel and few strong male staff available to tote heavy luggage.
