Staff was very friendly specially Busra who went out of her way to help us. The location was fantastic close to all the main touristic attractions and public transport. Turkish buffet breakfast was also good.

Shower cabin was very small, you could hardly move. There was no chair to sit in the room, one had to sit on the bed.

The staffs are really helpful. One of the even offer to show me the way to Taksim Square. Breakfast is ok. You need to move for breakfast in its chain hotel on the opporsite side of the street. The location is perfect. Sirkeci Tram Station is only 2 minutes walk. There are many local restaurants and places to eat around Sirkeci area. Going to Sultanahmet Square by walk takes around 10 minutes, to Eminonu takes around 15 minutes, to Spice Market is also around 10 minutes.

The Hotel is located near Tram Line, only few steps from main street. So you may find it quite noisy at night. Btw, tram stops running after midnight. You can still get a good sleep anyway.

I had been staying there with a couple of my friends for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. Location is excellent, easy access to everything. The staff are very nice! Everyone was polite, friendly and ready to help. Our room were clean, comfortable and very spacious even for three of us. Breakfast was better than I expected considering a low price we paid. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a good balance between price and quality.

It might be a bit noisy if you sleep with an open window.

Location, polite staff, clean

Were in istanbul for a week. Hotel is located in the historical center - realy 5 minutes to 80% places of interesting in Istanbul. Metro, trainmetro, citytrain, buses... Special thanks to staff-managers BÜsra (nice pretty well-educated young girl) and Tekin (as so as his cousin BÜsra well-educated nice man). Real professionals who pleasantly surprised me. We're going to visit them again next year.

location location location!!!!!!! friendly personal price

my room - 212, it was so dark, had a window but so near the other building that it made no difference! It was horrible outside the window, dirty looking, not what you want to see at all. But in my case I just slept there so I never lokked out there. No place to be during the day! Also I could not regulate the heating. Far too hot sometimes. I did not like the breakfast. Not my taste at all, not into cold salads and cakes for breadfast. There is enough to eat. At least there was yoghurt and some fruit. Typical turkish breakfast, if you like this then no problem. But the others in my group (8 of us) were satisfied with breakfast. But this is personal taste I guess. That said it would not stop me booking this hotel again. this hotel is not luxery - pretty basic I would say. And that's ok. I looked at others when I was there and they were much worse even though they looked better on the outside. And more than twice the price.

All staffs are friendly & helpful there! Speedy & stable wifi! Room & toilet is not spacious but cozy and clean with full set of toiletries! No more complaint when you always stay outside for sightseeing. Location is perfect! Just 3 mins walk from the tramvay, and wallking distance to go to "old town" & "new town"! Breadfast is served as a buffet style with various choice. But its not served at this hotel, you should go to opposite hotel (same group) for it, but who will care just walking more few steps only? The staff is so nice to allow us for early check-in at 10am when there was a room available! And the staff asked us to have a breadfast first when we were waiting for the room at the same time! It's an adorable thing for us after took overnight bus! I must recommend you to stay here when you travel at Istanbul soon!

Location is perfect, just 3 mins to the tramvay! Walking distance to Sultanahmet and Taksim square! Room & toilet is cozy but clean! Breadfast is served as buffet style with various choice! Wifi is stable & high speed! All staffs here are helpful, nice & friendly! I would recommend you to stay here for your Istanbul trip!

one day there wasn't hot water and we must have a cold shower, 'cause the problem was solved only after few hours.

The location is perfect, I don't think you could find better. The breakfast is really good even if it's the same every day and you have all you need (including meet, fruits etc.)

The room looks a little old and the bathroom it's small.

Staff couldn't door more for you, the place was clean and tidy. Room was very large. A big thanks made our trip to Istanbul.

Excellent location of hotel if you are planning to visit most popular Istanbul tourists attractions. Only 150 meters from tram station Sirkeci,very easy to go to airport using tram and metro. Rooms are big,well equiped.Breakfast is excellent,we did not expect that it will be so much different breakfast options in relativly small hotel. Stuff is excellent,will give you basic informations how to get to some most popular places,give you a free map of Istanbul.They are very friendly and made our experience of Istanbul even more pleasent. We really felt like at our own home there and can only recommend this hotel.
