The Hotel was lovely, very clean and had one of the best position in Kas. The Hotel Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. We had a room at the front on the 4th floor that overlooked the sea, beach club, harbour and islands. The wardrobe space was limited and there were only two drawers, one each side of the bed. We asked for more coat hangers and they were provided the next day! |

Lovely pool area and private beach. Staff were helpful and friendly Some rooms were very small and bathrooms tiny. Restaurant was nicely located, but poor buffet selection. Breakfast was not worth having. |

The food at the Hera Hotel was fine. The pool and jacuzzi were not in operation. The hotel was under construction/renovation and that was not stated on the website. There was hammering, drilling etc. going on and very noisy and dust all over the floors in the public areas. Bathroom was full of mildew. Furniture was uncomfortable and the room was cramped. Definitely not a 4* hotel.....maybe 2. |

As we had a free up-grade we were absolutely delighted! Staff were friendly and service was good. The variety of the food was poor and well below our expextations, especially the dinner. |

iletişim çok iyiydi. özellikle zahit bey çok ilgiliydi. otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. yemek menüleri de gayet başarılıydı. |

La plage privée juste en face, la localisation proche du port, le balcon avec vue sur la mer. La piscine qui ferme à 6 h afin de transformer l'espace autour du bassin pour le diner, ce qui renvoie à une certaine incompétence du personnel. |
