Hillside Su Hotel  

Безупречная работа персонала - супер сервис и отличная атмосфера. Хорошая кухня на пляже. Наличие wifi прямо тут же. Недалеко от отеля есть гипермаркет и большой, хороший ресторан, где вкусно готовят мясо. Если буду в Антальи еще раз, то обязательно заеду на пару дней в Хилтон!

Цены на некоторые платные компоненты космические. Очень удивил платный wifi - 21 век на дворе, он уж повсюду бесплатный.

- The staff are friendly and willing to help.

- The internet fee is so expensive (10 Euro/night). - The music in the lobby is to loud and really you can not sleep. - The location is far from the downtown. - You can not control the AC in your room. It is controlled by the hotel (central system).

Friendly staff reception and entrance, very helpfull. Restaurant staff was ok, but too much on the "autopilot"

Buffetdiner was not as spectaculair as in other ***** star residences. The design is spectaculair, I think many people are estounished and overwelmed at the entrance for the first time, but also it misses any kind of warmth. Even the most trendy client likes a "comfortzone" and that feeling was not there. The seaview was not as bright as promised, because of another building in front. Again a totally white room (indeed it is personal if you like that or not), but without any warmth deco at all. We had a feeling as if we were in a hospital, and the nurse would walk in any moment. Cooling systems were making a lot of noise during evening/night, while the airconditioner was on winterprogramm (what is winter in Antalya...)(airco did not work) and we could not close the window as it was getting too warm then.

When you first enter the hotel, it is a shock: seems like you died and went to heaven! The design and decoration is just superb; the lounge is sumptuous and the rest minimalist but in a very nice way.The restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes, well cooked and delicious. The pool is an invitation to paradise! The little details: I got sick and when I got to the room there was a buquet of flowers and a card saying "Get well soon". Amazing.

The bathroom is not at a 5-star level, very little and unpleasant. If some of the staff is very nice and caring, others... Well, I would better not decribe them or I would have to swear.

The hotel was so luxury with great facilities. It is highly recommended especially for young couples who are looking for a quite & romantic staying. The hotel has its won beach and provides you with a lot of activities inside and outside the hotel. There was also a kids club for the families who have children. One of the points I liked more in this hotel is the variety of the breakfast.

There is no negative points to mention except for the the internet service which is chargeable, so expensive at your room only but it is free of charge at the hotel lobby.

Everything is unique and brilliant ideas and very outstanding staff spirit, I will book again for sure.

I found the hitel a bit neglected. Seems like the typology of the average guest has changed by the time, and by the way it has been neglected.

Excellent service, value for money and an unusual place to stay with its white and red decor and furnishings. Good food and reasonable drinks prices. Good lounge entertainment on the night we stayed

White paintwork in room a bit tatty and the stools in the lounge bar/cafe rather uncomfortable.

Great breakfast, lovely staff, nice pool.

The white colour is a bit weird... Feel like you are in hospital after a while! And the white painting needs to be refreshed, yellow and black stains are observable. But you have all facilities to relax and enjoy Antalya.

The carpet in the room floors are in good color maching the hotel main color. When I booked, I asked for late check at 3 pm, on the day I was suposed to check out the hotel sent me a letter that do not accept the late check out depute the hotel was not full, the hotel is supposed to reject my request during my booking process.
