didn't like any things on that hotel at all and it was the worth hotel on my life
Staff wasn't helpful at all. no good customer services. room wasn't clean at all!!. i was sick and i asked for help, only the help they told me we could order you taxi to take you to hospital. Heating was central heating which you couldn't contrail it either you switch it off. no good local transportation communication.
Nice sized room, good breakfast, fast WiFi, quite location.Perhaps if you want to be close to the main sites this hotel may be a bit remote for you but I deliberately chose this location so for me it was great.
Staff were cherry for the most part. They made an attempt to assist - although often didn't give you all the information which was required.
It was so far away from 'the action spots'. It was a 20-30 Turkish Lira taxi to get to any of the sights in Sultanamet (and the free shuttle bus had a limit of 16/18 - seats and went twice a day to Taksim and Kabatas. As it was Eid festival there were penned sheep and slaughterhouses nearby which made it difficult to open the window. The food at the 'included' breakfast would inexplicably run out - bread or Butter or yoghurt - no-one seemed to notice or care. And they didn't know what am poached egg was even though it was in the menu. It was 7 days before one of the kitchen staff understood the request.
No nice restaurants in the vicinity
Housekeeping could do with some improvement
Central location between all POI , with a car you are close to every where
Paied car park
The location might seem good but it's not. No transport, difficult to find, hard access. Also lack of services, no pool or spa or relaxation area (at 4 stars), food is poor, minibar is missing or empty.
Staff is nice and helpful, but they cannot create bigger rooms, nicer facilities or better food. View is nice above 5 floor, but balconies are present only on first floor so ... useless.
Personnel is quite positive with men and not so much with women!
You can not go to a floor, different than the one your room is at, hence this place is not suitable for a group of people, coming to party together.
Horrible staff, no room service after 8 in evening. Ac has to be turned on by the reception eveyrytime. Bad location. Not at all satisfied
Buetiful see view )car park ( but why not free
They don't like guests to take breakfast in the buitiful outdoor garden
Location is great , staff are perfect , rooms are clear & great . Very quit & well organized .
Breakfast buffet are the same through 4 days although it is quit good not bad . Wifi was poor .
Being well away from the main mosques of Istanbul, the sleep quality is very good.
Check in was a small hassle as, for some reason, the hotel didn't seem to sync with booking.com. But I left this in their hands and shortly after all was resolved. The location is well away from the centre of the of the old city and requires a bus or taxi ride to reach there.
quite place with nice view
The location, facilities, and food including staff handling
Some front desk staff require further training and cleaners.
I suggest to improve the breakfast and the dining service.
i did my reservation to this hotel, but it was changed despite my wishes. i had to move to another hotel, which was far away from my business matter. that meant increased taxi fares. i was transferred to another hilton hotel. i have some other opinions from that hotel.
Every thing. Any thing you wish is there.
The room is little small for family( 2adults and one child). The service shuttle to Taksim square is little. Walking up hill to reach hotel.
Fair Hotel, would rate as 3 Star
Location is not the best. Staff are polite, but they really have difficulty in communicating in ENGLISH. Services don't meet 4**** standards. You will have to carry your own bags to the room. Airport Transfers provided by the hotel is way too expensive
We enjoyed the comfort, the ambience and people who took care of us and listened to all our needs. Excellent Stay and Superb Location
Proximity to the Haliç Congres centre. Outdoor terrace, views from balcony.
The breakfast choice.
Breakfast was good. The waiters in the bar were perfect, very welcoming.
Some of the staffs were cynical and some wanted to help but were not professional. No one on the kitchen during breakfast was speaking english, I had to tell them what they should prepare for me and there were gathered three people and yet could not understand me what I wanted even though I tried to speak the simpliest English and tried to tell them also by body language but nothing. Wifi was working slowly. The location is far from everything, you always need a taxi and the hotel is situated deep in the neighborhood, not on the main street. Not a value for money. Will not visit again.
We accepted the offer of an upgrade to a sea view for a small charge as the view from the rear is not too nice. The room was excellent with comfortable beds and there was very little noise to disturb a good nights sleep. The Rahmi Koc museum is a short taxi ride away and a must for transport enthusiasts.
Would have liked a bath in the room. Rip off taxi drivers, but this applies anywhere in Istanbul
Excellent location for Congress Centre (10 min walk). Pleasant clean rooms - staff friendly and efficient.
Not well situated for access to Old Town or Galata Tower area - requires taxi (30TL). On last night kept awake by a noisy disturbance from a raucous party in the next door room at 2am! Hotel staff sorted it out but not what you expect in this type of Hotel. Don't expect a view over the Golden Horn unless you specifically request this when booking.
Shuttle service was free to Taksim so it made the commute more bearable. Taxi was also not too expensive to get to the hotspots.
Quite challenging for a first time traveller to Istanbul to get to the hotel via public transport - unless you are willing to pay crazy taxi prices.
