Hilton Garden Inn Konya    

It's a beautiful new hotel. The bed was probably the most comfortable out of all the places we stayed at in Turkey. The hotel is literally right beside the Mevlana Centre where the Whirling Dervish performance is. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the Mevlana Museum. The breakfast was great. They had peanut butter which is hard to come by in Turkey.

If you don't eat dinner at the hotel, I don't remember there being many options within walking distance.

Excellent stay in Hilton; the hotel was extremely busy - we visited for Mevlana festival; however, the service was very attentive, prompt and professional. We also appreciated the help with booking tickets for sema shows via the hotel reception. The rooms was spacious, airy, very comfortable beds :), had excellent sleep. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if we visit Konya.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Room very well furnished and bed comfortable. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. bathroom well supplied with usual toiletries.

Restaurant lacked atmosphere- huge more like a canteen. Bar prices very high. Bottled water in room only complimentary water on first night, not re-filled. No shower cap or shoe cleaning kit.

There is nothing not to like, staff are attentive and well disciplined. Furnitures choices are well made, and even more comfortable than Hilton İstanbul. Breakfast was very delicious.

This is a good Hilton. Nice, big, clean rooms and comfy beds. You cannot sleep closer to the Saturday whirling dervish ceremony - it's next door. The Mevlana museum is a short walk away.

There's no pool.

Everything was good , Iron table in every room, staff was very helpful . Fitness center open 24hrs . It really deserve to be 5 star hotel .

Great Hotel with amazing room and breakfast, real high standard of facilities and staff.

If you don't take a taxi or cope with the buslines, you have to walk about 15 minutes along a graveyard with a poor neighborhood on the other side of the street before you come to the first attractions - quite scary at night.

Very comfortable and luxurious, amazing value too on the dates we booked.

Location, cleanliness

Only the restaurant staff is careless to the customers; they did not pay any attention to the existence of customers having breakfast. Other staff was friendly and kind.

Almost everything is good. It is a really nice place to stay in.

I do not remember a thing that I did not like. Probably the weak English language of the staff is the only thing I did not like. However, this is the case in all Turkish hotels!!

This was a beautiful hotel. We were joking about staying a t Hilton Garden Inn in Konya... But this was a terrific property, Gorgeous in and out and a good location.

For the excelency, few words. Excelent Hotel and facility.

We missed a swimming pool, unfortunately this hotel does not have one. With a pool can be perfect.

Large comfortable well equipped rooms I especially appreciated the iron and the good quality toiletries. Ideal location for culture and Mevlani Centre and if you are just passing through Konya. Would be happy to use the hotel again but forewarned is forearmed bearing in mind the comments below.

We did not appreciate how far the hotel is from the districts that provide eating places, shops and places of tourist interest other than the Culture Centre. There seemed to be nowhere to eat within reasonable walking distance from the hotel and as the evening temperature was still 30C we did not want a long walk. Hotel food was ok but a limited choice and only consider buying a bottle of wine if you are a lottery winner.

Staff, room comfort, cleanliness and tranquility were superb. Much more that I expected. Out of city rush but very close to the city center.

THe hotel is in a good location to visit all the key tourist attractions including the Mevlana museum, the old Alauddin mosque, the Mevlana centre (to watch the Sema ceremony). Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very nice and spacious. Tv is good with Englosh channels. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee facilities. The internet connnections are good and strong and can be used at all parts of the hotel. The lounge area is comfortable with coffee provided and free internet.

There is no one who could help us with our luggage on arrival. Hence we had to pull our luggage all the way tou our room which was located at the end of the complex (quite unusual for a Hilton!!!).

Almost everything. Food is good, Location is superb, facilities are good, Housekeeping staff is also helpful, People who received me at the door were also friendly. The person who helped me with my luggage was also courteous.

Reception staff is a disaster. They took a long time to make my check in (two rooms) and pais no attention when I and my father (the other room) told we want to pay cash. When we cjhecked out the bill (for both rooms) had already been charged ton my credit card. And the receptionist told me she couldm't do anythjing about it ! they also didn't know were my car was (the security guard saved the situation, he knew...) . The receptionist also said the hotel didn't have anyone to help us with the luggage because the "hotel concept" was different. But he could "do a favor" and send someone, No, it's not a favor.I Am paying. It's a Hilton. A different Hilton, but a Hilton, If there is no one to help my 77 year old father and stepmother and my 4 year old daughter, please tell me and I stay in the Rixos, which is located far away but has an extremely superior service.
