I wonder if it's against this Hilton concept to have a decent restaurant? They struggle even with the Turkish dishes, not to speak of the international, and you will find yourself eating here as there are no other options nearby.
Rooms a spacious and nice
Only wifi was slow
Mr Onur (hotel officer) and all the personnel were perfect. They helped a lot.Breakfast, Facilities of the hotel and staff were excellent.
the Wifi always cutting off.
Clean and location very close to Piazza mall.
Only reproach was that room service ended at 10 p.m. and I was working very late.
Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. They are very flexible to my prompt requests.
When you book a room check if breakfast is included. Bookong.com has a silly system. They sell rooms at this hotel without breakfast which is nonsense! We paid extra money for breakfast. Rooms were expensive!
We liked almost everything about this hotel.
Breakfast was not bad but it could be better.
Everything, the hotel was just what we had hoped for. Staff were very helpful.
Reception staff pretty hopeless, stressed and overwhelmed.
Really good garden courtyard for meeting, chatting and working. Breakfast was good. Waiters and bar staff generally good natured and eager to please.
- the pillow's are like a balloon. It is really not possible to have a good sleep on it. - The breakfast is okay, but it can be improved.
+ Hotel is in walking distance to 'Balıklıgöl', Urfa castle and Bazaar. + The Facility is new and very comfortable + SPA/Gym area is very small, but clean and not crowded. + Bottled Water in the mini bar is for free
dinner a bit overpriced; a bit of hike to the historic part of the city
nice and quiet, very comfortable rooms, great buffet breakfast.
Sometimes serving in the garden (lobby) is insufficient. U may wait for a waiter or s.body to serve you for many hours
-Very near to Fish Lake. (10-15 minutes on foot. -Very comfortable room. -Helpful staff. (Special thanks to Mr. Me tin) -Very good price. -Satisfactory breakfast.
Small and badly equipped gym. Hotel seemed understaffed. Not many English language channels on the tv
comfortable ground floor atrium sitting area and bar
Central location. Very wa and helpful staff
Id you will stay in a hotel in Urfa, this is the place for it
Service was spotty at best. Gym and pool area were way too hot for comfort.
Comfort and cleanliness are excellent. Hotel near the historical places you can walk around easily. Value for money;)
perfect hotel and good price
Stale smoke smell in nonsmoking room.
Very helpful staff, most of whom speak some English. Perfect location near the old city. Modern facilities. Hotel bar and convenience store.
The fact that they billed my creditcard without asking me : had intended to pay cash !
The food was good , the staff extremely helpful and the rooms nice with good bathrooms .The location is perfect, easy to find , close to the ,to be opened , Museum and not far from historic center
My non- smoking room smelled somewhat smoked in.
Walking distance to Fish Lake, excellent wifi, great pool, fitness center, beautiful rooms.
Breakfast was definitely not to the Hilton standard.
The pool staff Sedat was very kind, helpful and caring. He turned our opinion around and made us feel positive. Many thanks
The breakfast buffet was very good and we both enjoyed 3 breakfasts there. However we booked a La Carte in the evening. No designated area,we were squashed into a spare place in the middle of some 70 tourist during buffet. We were almost ignored whilst the staff cleared and reset tables. We ordered Tiramasu which came solid and could not be attacked even with a knife and fork,Having waited another 30 minutes for a placement we gave up and left. The manager who spoke little English offered to reduce our bill for the 2 Tiramisu which we did not have ?.then some 25 minutes later 2 Tiramisu were delivered to our room just in time for bed.sorry too late. Do not go for a La Carte and I'm sure future guests would very enjoy this hotel.Having paid considerably for the a La Carte over the Buffet price, the least I expected was service.
This was a very relaxing hotel. Well placed for the main tourist spots. I would certainly recommend and stay again. With one very big piece of advice, see what I did not like.
