Hilton Izmir  

The hotel staff was polite. The room was marvellous as heading to Izmir bay. The breakfast was excellent and had wide range of foods. Also it had a sport center, containing spa and pool that one could enjoy even till going to bed. The location was very near to touristic area and to the means of airport transportation.

The most important thing that the hotel should add in order to enhance its service is to offer free Internet. It was so expensive that it urged me to buy a 3g Modem with the same price for one day internet use at the hotel. Additionally, the sound insulation, both room to room and outside to room, was not so satisfactory.

Great breakfast buffet, attentive staff.

I have to tell 2 different problems ; 1st the price was 162,34 euro ( includes VAT ) that I was booked from your web page ( already you may look my account history and you can see this ) but they take 22 TL extra V.A.T. from me and I attention to the front desk this topic but they didnt listen and still sliped this extra VAT from my credit card 2nd topic is that '' this hotel is Hilton I already stayed Istanbul and Prague Hiltons too and this Hilton was so dirty old fashinoed old furnature and dirty rooms I was realy surprised that s why I will not stay Izmir Hilton again ( I am thinking to stay Swiss Efes ) please let the hotel genaral manager know these details .Thanks in adwance .

It was a very nice, location of the hotel is not too bad at all. All hotel staff, services/facilities, and comfort of the room was great, i'd definitely suggest you to stay in this hotel if you're going to Izmir.

There are 2 things actually, 1st mini bar and food was extremely expensive, i know thats something about all Hilton's but its just too much for Turkey. 2nd problem is not something hotel employees can change as its about the people who comes there. All the people around fitness center/pool/restaurants were annoying, I've never seen this much snobs in a row

A very good hotel, high standard... Usually too expensive to Our taste but we got a deal for 77 euro a night including breakfast. Room spacious, well spread breakfast, helpfull staff. The only negatives we can think of: internet 10 euro's per 24h (at Movenpick hotel 100 mt further free wifi!) and the outdated bathroom

Bathroom is not very modern. Internet rate too high

Wireless was not free, and the pool isn't opened from 2300 to 0800

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while passing through Izmir on the way to Cyprus.It was a great choice sincethis hotel provided all the facilitys to make for a comfortable stay. the staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast the best I've had in Turkey.There is also a secure carpark.

The Wi Fi was quite expensive

The position of the hotel is very good. The view of the city from the room and the roof garden bar/restorant is magnificent. Staff and service are excellent.

Location was excellent, buffet breakfast was excellent, all staff where very polite and friendly and really helpful.
