clean spacious rooms; breakfast OK; good value (when music is off), but beware of multiple suggestions to spend your money; nice pool but limited opening hours

the extremely loud music until 12PM; please inform customers that an open air night club is Inside the hotel (does it work daily?); some will enjoy, others prefer to sleep; the "tourist" hotel aspect

Once we had moved out of a very small room, the new room we were given had more space and our stay was enjoyable with very friendly staff, a lovely swimming pool and an excellent supper buffet.

The wifi signals were very weak

Pool is good. Buffet is good value.

They need a better sign on the road - it's almost invisible.

Quiet, confortable rooms, good wifi signal and air conditioning. Good breakfast

Lifts had a musky odour. Pool timings limited from 10.00 AM to 20.00 PM. Very limited considering that sun rises about at 5.30 a.m and sets at aprox 21.30 in summer. My kid wanted to go and was denied access because of timings. Also it is a bit far from city center. If you have a car, then I would say it's an excellent choice but without a car you are kind of stuck or limited to their restaurant and one across the hotel on the other side of the highway which I would suggest ask the price of the dishes before ordering or else you are taken for a ride.

    - nice employees - room is nice and clean but smaller than it seems on the pictures - has a nice view

    - out of center, can be a problem without a car - should be called before booking cause there might be surprises such as construction work

The price was right, and it was clean.

Almost everyone in Selcuk is in cahoots to screw you out of as much of your money as possible, and this is includes some of the hotel staff. Do not let them arrange a taxi for you anywhere. Walk to town and find one for yourself.

Good location, it has what is required for the traveler in the region; personnel is very cooperative and ready to help you anytime

It is an old building and rooms were not what we expected, TV channels are limited

Although on outskirts of Selcuk, was a pleasant walk to city centre.

Caters for tour buses hence can be crowded at times but not really a problem.
