\staff at the reception was rude, hot-water appliance was broken, yellow-brownish water came out from the faucet, calls to 'Reception' were never answered, dust on the bed boards, too thin walls |

The Breakfast The Hotel has arranged to me a one day car with driver through a tourist office. I paid too much to that driver but the driver refused to take me to many places and his dealing way was very bad. I complained to the Hotel Reciption and they promised to solve this problem in the future. |

Zimmer ok, wenn verlangt, auch groß genug für 3 Personen, Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel - Man würde bei einem Holiday Inn erwarten, dass zumindest der einzige Internetanschluss/Computer im Hotel funktioniert, was leider nicht der Fall war. Und dass Trinkwasser im Zimmer € 10,- Euro kostet ist auch nicht ok. |

朝食が美味しかった。トラムの駅の目の前のためアクセスが便利。 なし。予約時に禁煙ルームを希望したが、タバコ臭い部屋に案内されたが、部屋変更されたため帳消。 |

Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο, πολύ καλό εστιατόριο, ευγενικοί υπάλληλοι. Να μεγαλώσει η ποικιλία στο πρωινό, λίγη περισσότερη προθυμία των υπαλλήλων στην αίθουσα του πρωινού. |

dat het hotel aan de halte van de trambaan is gelegen. Dat toegezegd was dat we een transfer zouden krijgen van het vliegveld naar het hotel, maar bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig. Uiteindelijk dan wel voor elkaar gekregen dat ze ons na het verblijf naar het vliegveld hebben gebracht, dus wel weer goed opgelost. |

Poolbereich - angenehm für Kinder Ziemlich laut - für Internetbucher werden die "schlechteren" Zimmer zur Strasse hin vergeben, zusätzlich Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Personal versteht teilweise leider kaum Englisch. |
