The Spa

Hotel Rooms are very small and beds are not comfortable , this hotel should not be rated as 5 stars hotel , in my openion it cant be more than 3 stars hotel

Small hotel rooms , no so comfortable .

It is very cetral and at the tram stop.personell are very friendly.

I was on a business trip to Istanbul, my very first to Turkey. The hotel staff are very warm, friendly, efficient & offer quick service at any hour. My colleague and I were given road side rooms and they were noisy till about 11.00 pm. The rooms were clean though one was dissapointed to see old carpets and some metal work was rusty in the toilet. Better reach the hotel restaurant for Breakfast by 7.30 am as otherwise the tourist groups flood the place & staff are not able to service the tables / clean them for next customers. For business this is not the right location as most business partners are on the European side of Istanbul and it saves 45 minutes of travel in the morning & same in the evening & you spend Euro 40 on such wasteful travel. For tourists the location may be good particularly for site seeing - the historical monuments and for shopping Grand bazar etc. Anyway it takes 20-30 minutes to reach these tourist places by taxi from the hotel, as the traffic is bad, particularly near the hotel. Trams & Buses are packed, not for tourists.

Luxury and comfortable (except the room which they give me, was too small)

I don't like that I booked a room from booking.com and they give me another room which is very small and i really can't walk inside it. Also, They put tea and coffe but they are not providing free water bottle like others. No body speak english which make my life mesirable to ask for water!!

the staff of the hotel where very helpful and the were always happy to help. their beds were very comfy too.

that some of their facility broke-down on few occasions. Also, some of the basic things were not in the room

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πάνω στο κεντρικό δρόμο και είχε φασαρία.

τHe hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars.Rooms quite small,spa is realy very poor,and the breakfast very poor.

السعر مقبول وايضا وجود خدمة المساج والحمام التركي، أعجبني أيضاً كرم ضيافتهم في عدم حساب قيمة بوفية الإفطار على الرغم من ان سعر الإقامة لايشمل الإفطار.

لم يعجبني ديكور الغرفة مقارنة بفندق ٥ نجوم حيث من المطلوب ان يكون افضل من ذلك. وايضا الاستقبال.

التعامل والاستقبال رائع وجبة الافطار رائعه

ضيق الغرفه

Die Lage mit rascher Verbindung zur Innenstadt mit der Strassenbahn ist äusserst angenehm, das Haus als Ganzes komfortabel und ansprechend. Ich war dankbar, dass ich schon um 7 h morgens ein Zimmer beziehen konnte und war ebenso dankbar, dass mir nach der ersten Nacht ein anderes, diesmal Nichtraucherzimmer gegeben wurde.

Das erste (Raucher-) zimmer roch auch noch nach einem ganzen Tag bei offenem Fenster unangenehm. Ich war überrascht, dass es solche Zimmer überhaupt noch gibt. Leider habe ich meine Erfahrung von meinem letzten Besuch vergessen und die Wäscherei wiederum in Anspruch genommen. Diesmal kam zwar alles pünktlich und auch trocken, das Bügeln ist aber nach wie vor ein eklatanter Schwachpunkt. Die Sachen kamen eher zerwutzelt als gebügelt und gefaltet zurück.

Piscina esterna

Ambiente poco qualificato - personale spa decisamente scadente - rumorosità - ridotta pulizia - poco controllo degli ospiti, che hanno costantemente fatto rumore nel corso degli orari destinati al riposo, cercando anche di forzare la camera nel corso della notte (evidentemente ubriachi)! Non è concepibile che non ci sia controllo degli ospiti e che si consneta agli stessi di comportarsi da ubriachi in modo inqualificabile!

Huone oli hiljainen. Liikenteen melu ei kuulunut huoneeseen. Aamiainen oli loistava aloitus päivälle.
