The suite was very comfortable. Also the location is right in the center close to the Dörtyol area. We booked the suite but got a normal room. After we asked we could change to the suite, without problems. As we changed our booking from 2 to 1 night, the staff was confused and in first instance we paid for 2 nights. Also this was solved after pointing out the mistake but their administration is not very well organized,that's clear.

Unexpectedly good, we were just using the hotel for an overnighter and were pleasantly surprised. Huge comfortable room, efficient and quiet air con and splendid walk in shower. Good central location and easy walking distance to shops and eateries. The room did not have a refrigerator but we did get cold drinking water on request. Lots of places to eat but no fine dining nearby, this is not the hotels fault!

Чисто. Все в номере работает. Вполне приличные завтраки. Не работают или отсутствуют совсем заявленные услуги: сауна, хамам, массаж и т.п. Плохо работает интернет. Нет минибара и холодильника.
