It was a very traditional and quaint hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great, the buffet breakfast provided plenty of options. We went there for dinner every night, the salad options were amazing! The rooms were really comfortable, the shower was the best I have had in all my travels. We thought that it may have been a bit away from everything, however the location was great - a 10 minute walk into town, and high enough to have a lovely view. We arrived at 6.30am in the morning after an overnight bus, and they were very accomodating in letting us check in early. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a little noisy in the corridor in the mornings, alot of people get up early to go hot-air ballooning, but this wasn't a major issue.

The location of the Hotel is very nice, set on the top of Urgup. It has a large bar with a very comfortable reading area, it has an internal terrace and an underground breakfast room. There is a PC with internet connection available to the guests. Most of the staff speak good English or French.

High prices of drinks and extra services offered (i.e. phone calls). Breakfast is really disappointing, no fruits, no pastry, no fruit juice or water, only instant coffee - for this price range certainly far too little.

Loved the atmosphere if the hotel! Great location and great staff/Owners.

Breakfast is OK, The room is very clean and location is ideal.　：　朝食は種類も多く、良かったです。部屋も綺麗で、場所も理想的でした。

We asked hotel to pick us up at Kayseri airport, but nobody there. We waited for 2 hours in coldweather. The manager did not apologize to us for this, even asked us to pay pick-up fee. We refused it. The room is really small, not enough space to open suitcase.and lady at front is unfreindly, not worth to pay this amount. ：　ホテルにカイゼリ空港までに迎えを依頼しましたが、誰もおらず、寒空の中、２時間待たされました。マネージ- ャからは謝罪もなく、迎えの料金も請求されましたが、それは断りました。部屋は綺麗ですが、スーツケースを- 開けるのも難しいほど狭く、フロントの女性は非常に不親切でした。この料金を払って泊まる価値がないと思い- ました。

Era un hotel con bastante encanto, el personal muy amable, te aconsejan muy bien de que realizar en la zona (Capadocia) y las habitaciones son bastante acogedoras. La situacion es muy buena (un poco separado del centro del pueblo, pero muy tranquilo) y Urgup esta muy biuen situado para vistar la capadocia.

El desayuno es el desayuno típico turco, aunque a mi me hubiera gustado un poco mas de variedad. Pero era por poner algún pero.

La cordialita' e la gentilezza del personale, la silenziosita' della camera, la particolare cura dell'arredamento e lo stile architettonico dell'hotel, l'ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Apprezzabile anche la facilita' di individuazione e la sua centralita' per la visita' alla Cappadocia.
