Petit Hotel sympa bien situé tres proche du tram et de la mosquée bleue, personnel dévoué conseils pour le bon déroulement du séjour dès l'arrivée, petit déjeuner copieux sur la terrasse avec vue sur la Mosquée bleue et le Bosphore,endroit asssez calme

Chambre un peu petite

Les chambres sont un peu petites et leur déco vieillotte

Accueil parfait, personnel attentionné et prêt à rendre service. Cadre très agréable, deux superbes terrasses un peu à l'écart de l'agitation du centre touristique bien qu'on y soit très proche.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour à l'Hotel Taskonak . Le personnel , très aimable est à l'écoute et prompt à rendre service . La situation de l'hotel , dans le quartier historique est parfaite à 2 minutes de la mosquée bleue et 5 de Sainte Sophie et TopKapi . Il y a aussi autour des petits restaurants typiques, ce qui est pratique le soir .L'accès internet et le wifi sont aussi des points positifs . Le petit déjeuner est bon et la salle en terrasse à la vue sur la mer de Marmara

Cosy hotel, excellent located with pleasant staff.

Staff was wonderful. Very professional and friendly. Rooms were cozy and perfectly clean.

If anything, although it was very close to the blue mosque and main attractions it was a little tricky to find.

The staff is very kind and well-prepared. The terrace for the breakfast with the view on the Bosphorous is really amazing especially in sunny days. The central position of the hotel allows to visit the historical area on foot (it is 5 minutes far away from the Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and Topkapi palace) and there is a very good internet connection.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel was central to the main tourist venues in Istanbul. The morning breakfast has to be cited as an abiding memory, from the vista of the Bay and the Bosphoros from the breakfast room, and the wonderful breakfast fare to the feeling that we were very welcome by all the staff members. It was an excellent choice of hotels.

To visit all the major sights all the hotels around the Sultanhamet Square have a great location and Tashkonak is one of them (5 min walk). You can also get easily a tram (for 1.75 LT) in the square if you want to go to Taksim Square and near abouts. You can have a very complete and fulfilling breakfast on the roof restaurant/terrace with a great view. Revigorating shower. The personnel allways have a smile and they are allways willing to give any kind of information. We had to leave at 07.00 to the airport and in spite the breakfast time only begans at 07.30 they were most gladly to antecipated it for us. Thank you guys! The hotel offered us the arrival transfer from the airport and very near the hotel you can find a corner shop where you can rent a shutlle for 5€ to the return transfer - good service.

The best thing about Hotel Tashkonak is its polite, helpful and well conversant staff. I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the hotel. It's all welcoming crew and excellent location, very close to the historic places in Istanbul, makes it an obvious choice for the tourists. I higly recommend Tashkonak to the visitors.

I really like the friendly & helpful staffs, also the design of the hotel, it's very cozy & good breakfast. Great locatıon..we just walk to most of the tourist places eventhough we are travelling with a 4 month old baby. We also loved the sea view from the terrace every morning during breakfast. We even extended our stay at the hotel.

Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the heart of Sultanhamet, ten mins from the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sophia and, so, is perfect for a tourist city visit. The booking and car pick up went like clockwork. Price online reflected price charged so there were no surpirses at check out, which was nice. When I booked online there was a slight problem due to my visa (I entered in the wrong expiry date the first time) but staff followed up and we solved the problem; their support was great.

It was fine. The room was on the small side.
