The reception and welcoming at first entry was grate, the staff are very friendly including house keeping, the location are very good for shopping and there are many restaurant and fish market surrounded with fish restaurant, taxi, metro, buses services are available and close, approximately 300 meter away from hotel location.

The hotel is located in an elevated area easy to go down for shopping area and a bit hard to return back to hotel on foot but for younger ages is not hard.

Great rooms ! Staff friendly. Very good location for business (not for turism).

All rooms are great except that looking at the street which is paved and thus very noisy. Absolutey avoid room with a view on the street.

Housez is in an excellent location for those not wanting to stay in Sultanahmet.It's walking distance to the shops, cafes and cinema of the upmarket Nisantasi district and taxis stream past also. The suites are spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped with good Internet connection. Staff are friendly and obliging.It 's a good place to stay if you're on your own ( I visit family regularly ) because of the relaxed yet secure atmosphere.

Staff are very nice and the room was very comfortable. For Istanbul, it's a very good size room. The set-up is open plan - there is no separate bedroom, but a instead a divided area for the bed and couch and an open kitchen. The hotel was very quiet, which is really important for Istanbul (in other areas like Beyoglu or Taxim you will hear lots of noise coming from clubs). The hotel is set on a steep hill, but if you are a walker, the location is really great. You can easily walk to Sisli, Taxim, and shopping nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The main area of improvement would be the level of English of the staff. Also, the breakfast is just typical Turkish food, scrambled eggs, sausage, olives, cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, breads, yogurt and muesli. You will find the same breakfast at almost every small hotel in Turkey and they are not going to change breakfast ever no matter how much everyone complains (just check any hotel on Booking.com and you will see the same complaints regarding breakfast).

We were allowed access to room much earlier than check-in time. It's position to Swissotel for conference and Besiktas shopping and waterfront precinct was excellent. Breakfast and gentleman running cafe was very good. Housekeeping daily was brilliant. Size of apartment was good after coming off small room on cruise ship. Excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the area. Shoe shopping delightful.

Nice apartments in a lovely part of the city, walking distance from the popular Nisantasi area with its shops, restaurants and nightlife. The apartments are clean, have a great bathroom with a rain shower, a walk-in closet and a little kitchen. They contain everything I need for a couple of days in the city.

Breakfast is fairly basic.

Great location (especially for conferences at the Hilton or Swissotel, as its 2 minutes away), very nice staff, couldn't fault it.

The hotel was a great value for Istanbul - large and clean rooms, with the small own kitchen equipped with everything, and a separate wardrobe. Staying at the place was very comfortable. The room had a great Bosphorus view.

Location - a little far from Sultanahmet (20 minute walk to the closest tramway station Kabatas). This is the only minus, by far not the most significant compared to the facility itself and comfort it provides.

Its in a good location and convenient. The room was upto standard. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

The breakfast could be improved. They didnt have much variety to on a international standard.
