The all inclusive terms - nothing to worry about, just relax and enjoy holidays. The so called triple room was actually a double room with additional bed, so it was kind of cheating. There was no bowling, which was advertised on the web site - another cheating. Very old, rusty and poor fitness equipment. Faulty Wi-Fi connection. |

The hotel does not meet five star hotel requirements, some hotel facilities such as barber shop and market does not accept VISA cards, there are no bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, all standard double rooms does not have double beds, lounges on the beach are dirty, etc. |

Henkilökunta oli reipasta ja lukumäärä suhteessa asiakasmäärään erinomainen. Ruoka oli monipuolista ja maittavaa. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja hotellilla oli laajat piha-alueet. Netistä pääsi katsomaan esim. päiväkohtaiset säätiedot ilman veloitusta. Hyvä hieronta. Luulin informaation perusteella varanneeni kolmen hengen (sängyn) huoneen, joka olikin kahden hengen huone lisävuoteella... Tosin se osoittautui ihan nukkumakelpoiseksi. |

bardzo dobre wyżywienie, bogata oferta dodatkowych atrakcji, typu sauna, basen, tenis ziemny, squash itp. Hotel opuszczałem w piątek rano, w czwartek wieczorem poprosiłem obsługę o zamówienie taksówki na piątek rano. Samochód przyjechał, ale nie była to taksówka, a prawdopodobnie jakiś znajomy recepcjonisty. Kierowca nie mógł wystawić rachunku, nie posiadał pieczątki ani dokumentów do wystawienia rachunku. Teraz mam problemy z rozliczeniem pieniędzy za przejazd z hotelu na lotnisko w Antalyi. |
