The location was fine as we had a car and were able to leave. The water was hot if you waited long enough. The thermal water was fine. The staff in the exercise area were helpful and despite the lack of exercise equipment were enthusiastic.

The endless smokers at reception. The poor standards of hygiene, the lack of amenities in the self catering apartment. The poorly cooked and tasteless meal in the restaurant. The black mould in the bathroom and the leak from the toilet. If you didn't have your own transport you were stuck.

Mineral water in our bathroom. Low price for a 4-star hotel but who gave the rating? Staff tries to be helpful but communication is minimal. From the outside of the hotel as we drive up, the place looks like an upscale place which it probably once was. Free Wifi but only in reception area. If you just want a place to crash and not worry about the facility and such, this can be a good choice.

No one at the reception when we check out and it was around 10am. The bathroom smells bad and the bathtub is stained/antique looking with water running sound that can be heard continuously. I would give it a 2-star for its current condition but the price is beyond fair.

the thermal bad inside our room, all three of us could bathe in it !!!

feels like a Russian post war resort where all the hapiness and joy of the building have been gone for 20 years (or never existed...) If there are any tourists, certainly not any European...

The thermal pool is rather big, one with a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and a smaller one with 44 degrees Celsius. Moreover, every apartment has its own bathtub which you can fill high up with mineral water at any time. The relatively young massagist is a magician. The hotel took us to the entrance of the Ilhara valley and, after three hours, picked us up again in Bisilmirna. That was a great help.

The normal receptionist doesn't speak any languages apart from Turkish. We were lucky because over the weekend there is a very active manager around who was very helpful. We also met the owner who speaks English but is not always there. They had closed part of the houses, those which look like having terraces. The natural park, however, is so close and the nights in September were already so cold that we didn't need a terrace. The food is very Turkish, which may be a problem for some. There's no freshly baked bread, only rolls wrapped in plastic foil. It's not quite up to a 4-star hotel which it to be

Hotel is located near Ihlara valley, that was the reason vhy we choosed it. We stayed there only one night and we were satisfied with room and food (halfboard), but we didn`t use thermal objects

Receptor wasn`t polite and friendly, hotel has seen better times... Bathroom and especially bath tube was terrible dirty

The hotel is nice, clean and peaceful. Me and my family noticed the benefits of the thermal water the day after we started using it. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The pools are gender separated but every room has a private bath tub with the same thermal water.

The gym and sauna were not commercial type but we did not mind much since our priority was the quality of the thermal water which was very good.
