Very friendly staff. Good food and luxurious room. Location of the hotel. Private beach.

Very expensive prices for the extras.

We liked only the main building, environement and pools.

When we booked this hotel it was not specified where will be our room, and they give us one double room in a separately building (anexa), wich was like a 3 stars. I can recomend this hotel only for the main building.

Location.The hotel is on the windy side, but then (Ilica being part of Cesme) there are also calm beaches around, besides the wind is a relief in the hot climate.Two good pools -one seawater. The beach cafe was good. The restaurant -indoors- was pleasant and had a good view,

The hotel's policy of cancellaton is more than hard. It is unacceptable. Having to pay again for the second small cup of tea was also a nuisance.

The diner and the breakfast of the hotel is excellent. The outdoor pool and the surrounds bar-cafe of the hotel is a nice place to relax.

You have to pay 5YTL for plastic slippers, if you don't have! The price of the bar drinks compared to the quality they are unacceptable! Also for the indoor pool you have to pay an extra entrance fee.

le bâtiment est beau, les chambres propres et confortables. Nous avons surtout apprécié la plage privée petite mais superbe, et les piscines, surtout celle avec toboggans pour les enfants. Je précise que nous y étions quasiment seuls en ce mois d'octobre ce qui était très agréable car il faisait encore très beau. le buffet, aussi bien pour le petit déjeuner que le diner, était varié et de bonne qualité. personnel agréable mais pas très chaleureux.

le personnel de l'hôtel ne parle pas très bien anglais (et évidement pas du tout français) même à la réception! Au moment du check out, il a fallu attendre assez longtemps que quelqu'un aille vérifier si nous avions pris quelque chose dans le minibar, ce qui est assez désagréable.

Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever fakat, ortada görünen personel yok, daha ön planda olmalılar. Tesise boş bir dönemde gittim, personel de olmayınca terkedilmiş bir yer gibi duruyor. ****** Otel müşterilerine Spa girişi ücretli, bakım / masaj almasanız dahi, saunaya girmek için 20 tl istiyorlar. 100 euro da olsa farketmez, ücretsiz giriş olması gerekir. O zaman Spa Welness Center diye iletişimini yapmasınlar. *********Tesis içindeki Tuval Beach de giriş ücreti istiyor. Otel müşterilerine bir ayrıcalık olması gerekir. ***********Açıkbüfe menuleri geliştirmeleri gerek. Özellikle ızgara çeşiti çok az.

Le balnéaire (piscine, plage), le climat ventilé, les jardins, l'excellence des buffets, la gentillesse du personnel, la clientèle.

Les chambres standard à peine dignes d'un quatre étoiles. Le personnel de salles qui ne parle pratiquement que le turc. De nombreuses petites approximations dans le service.

As piscinas exteriores são excelentes e o restaurante onde é servido o pequeno almoço e jantar é muito bom.

O hotel não tem vedação e isso torna-o exposto demais aos arruamentos adjacentes. Cobraram-me estadia por um dos meus filhos apesar de terem 1 e 4 anos. Isto não está claro quando se faz a reserva.
