The hotel was perfectly located for airport and travelling into Istanbul. The staff were attentive and spoke perfect English and dealt with all of requirements on reception and in the restaurant. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection and value for money. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and very modern just what you'd expect from a newly built hotel. We were given a free upgrade which consisted of a lounge and separate bedroom with 2 lcd tv'S. Bath robes and slippers with beautiful thick white towels. All shower gels/ shampoo etc were provided. Along with tea/coffee making facilities. Plus free water and a mini bar. There was nothing more we could have asked for. In the morning we were given a free transfer to the airport. First class. Will use again. Thank you.

Excellent location, walking distance to the S.Gocken Airport. Big rooms, modern decor and delicious breakfast.

It's so close to the airport.

The shuttle service was really slow around midnight.

I left a bag full of things, and they saved it for me until I came back a couple of days later.

The ISG Hotel is attached to the airport and is very convenient for layover nights. The rooms are extremely modern and the staff is very helpful. They have a shuttle to the airport, or you can walk outside for five minutes and get to the airport.

Not quite a backpackers' hotel, it's very business oriented, but super clean and modern.

We had a really early flight so the hotel was in a great location and provided a free shuttle service. The room was immaculate and they upgraded us for free. Great service with staff happy to help with anything.

Close to the terminal. Good room accessories like a bath robe. Good price.

Slow restaurant personnel, you must call them several times to get attention. Room (102) really stinks to cigarette smoke. Cold bathroom, no heating. Not able to open the window. Long waiting time for check-out. Several lights not working in room 102.

Great location for any stay near the airport.

Location - ideal for an early flight, especially with the horrendous traffic to/from the city. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

I asked specifically for a double bed in a non-smoking room. I was given a room which had two single beds pushed together. When I asked, I was told that only smoking rooms had king sized beds!

The room was very nice and one of the most comfortable and best rooms I have seen in Istanbul. Furthermore it was very nice that the hotel provided a transport service to the airport, even though it is so close to the airport.

The restaurant in the hotel was quite expensive, which is of course because of the location of the hotel (close to the airport, with no other restaurant alternatives).

5minutes walk from the airport.

No signs at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport directing you to the hotel even though it is just beside the airport building.

The shuttle service is very fast and professional. The rooms are confortable and clean with nice design. The fitness room is having good machine and it is quiete.

Restourant staff does not know english very well so it is hard to order something that it is not in the menu. Also the service in the restourant is not so good as in the usulat turkish restourants.

They also offer a free shuttle bus to the airport terminal

The website specifies an airside entrance - the only reason I booked this hotel. There is no such door which can be used. I had to enter Turkey through customs and purchase a visa just to get to the hotel door for an overnight stay in transit.

The hotel that I stayed was very next to the airport and I loved this so much. Turning back to the airport and reaching the flight which I took was very efficient in time.

The towels and bathrobes were old ones. I didn't like it. The belt of bathrobe was barely standing on the robe. If I pulled the belt fair strong it would broke off. Air conditioning was fair.

Rather difficult to find when arriving at the airport, not signposted at all.

Internet did not worked , the quality of the dinner at the restaurant could be better , and the breakfast had to be better.

Main enterence is not connected to arrival hall. It was difficult to reach it under rain.
