Clean, good fair and nice!

The staff were very helpful when we called ahead on the day with our arrival time. It helped that they also spoke clear english. The apartment was clean and spacious. Getting there wasn't too much of an issue as its just off the main strip of İstiklal Avenue & not far from Taksim Station - perfect location really. Although it looks like a dodgy little alley way don't be put off as the building and inside is nicely furnished and modern. The room was nice and the Sofa Bed was comfy and very large in size. There was also the Police Station on the corner of the alley so felt safe - there were security codes on the front door and double locks on the door for those who are safety conscious. All in all I would definately recommend this place for people wanting to stay in this area where there are loads of shops, restaurants and bars!

Only negative would be we took a taxi from Sirkeci and the Taxi Driver had no idea where it was so it may be best to get to Taksim Square/İstiklal Avenue and walk as it is only 5-10 minutes (it was still only a 12 Lira ride so very cheap anyway). But other than that, everything was fine!

there is no lift and no receiption so you have to call if you need anything. moreover taking a deposite which may get it back or not.The place is alittle bit hard to find since no sighn on the building telling that this is Istiklal apartment suites.

The apartment is very close to everything, the staff was friendly.

Do not try to reach this location by car, parking is a big problem in this area and adress is very hard to reach.

Istiklal Apartment Suites was very cozy and clean. It has the atmosphere of being at home and it came with a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place for other travellers!

It gets a little noisy sometimes.

A stone throw away from the busiest shopping area in Istanbul (like Oxford Street in London.

It was such a trick way to open the door to the apartment.We also have difficulty with the bathroom door (it's faulty).Cost us 25.00 lira for a 2 minute job.

The location was convenient to hang around Istiklal and quite calm at the same time. The room is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Very polite and client-oriented owner of the apartment.

Bad internet connection: unstable line and low signal on the upper floors. So we could hardly use it! Don't agree on the upper floors (far away from wi-fi spot) before another wi-fi spot is installed. The room was not cleaned during our 1-week stay.

It was an excellent experience living in Istiklal Apartment Suites. If you want value for money with comfort and ideal location. This is for you.

Nothing. But one advise to the management that there should be housekeeping facility on demand.

The buliding has no receiption so if you need anything you can't find anyone to help you. It located in a very poor and strange neiborhood. No elevator in the building. They didn't have hot water in the bathroom and some of the furniture is broken also the kithchen has no stove. The price is high.

Excellent location just in the middle of the walking zone

Old furniture no elivator , narrow stair cases , 4 floors some rooms don't get any sun light pictures in the website are not like reality

The location is very good. The apartment is quite comfortable. Everything you need if you want to prepare coffee, tea or cook. The AC were working OK. The design of the apartment and whole building is very pleasant. There are many shops and places to eat in the aria.

It is a little bit noisy. The mattresses are a little bit hard to sleep comfortable. The shops are expensive as it is quite central.

very great location near to istiklal st. and taqsim square. kind staff , mahmoud, amin and hassan , they help us , even giving us a chance for late check out untill 5 p.m.

little noise from outside night clubs. a.c is not working properly at the hall.

مافيه مصعد وكثره البارات بجانب الشقق والغرف صغيره جدا ومافيه احد ينظف ومافيه رسيبشن تتواصل معهم عن طريق المكالمات سكنا بالدور الرابع وشلنا شنطنا بأنفسنا

الموقع ممتاز جدا قريب من شارع الاستقلال وايضا مركز الشرطة ملاصق للمبنى يعنى امان مئة بالمئةوايضا المطاعم والسوبر ماركت قريب جدا وميترو تقسيم 10 دقايق مشيا على الاقدام بالاضافة ان البوابة الرئيسية عن طريق رقم سري وابواب الشقق مصنوعة من الفولاذ

المبنى مكون من 5 ادوار ولايوجد مصعد والدرج جدا متعب يعني بالعربي الدور الرابع مستحيل احد يقدر يسكن فية من تعب الطلولع لان نظام الدرج جدا حاد وخطر الانزلاق لكن الدور الاول والثاني مناسب وانت وحضك في الحجز اشترطو علية الدور الارضي بلاضافة لايوجد مكتب استقبال وخدمة غرف ابدا

Absence totale de contact avec le manager, en dehors d'un contact téléphonique à l'arrivée. Aucune indication sur la résidence nous permettant de la localiser à l'arrivée Absence de plan pour nous permettre de nous orienter en arrivant par la place Taksim Bruit dans la rue + des autres résidents

la proximité de la rue istiklal, du transport en commun, des épiceries pour les courses,

la vue de la fenêtre, la dureté du lit double, l'eau chaude(très aléatoire)
