Old quite used furniture Poor breakfast bar before 7 a.m if u leaving to the airport

Convenient for the airport, the spa facilities and pools were excellent. Comfortable rooms and bar/restaurants were good.The hotel has a varied aray of design which makes it that bit more interesting as a base.

Little things, we booked a double bed and got two singles which the staff were going to put together......never happened dispite reminders. Only one bathrobe and slippers.....3 requests of staff and nothing appeared so that makes using the spa/pools that bit more inconvenient.

Breakfast is really top orginized. SPA facilitiy is enjoyable.

No airport transfers after 10pm (should be clearly stated in the hotel presentation in booking.com).I got transfered 3 times after calling reception to be finally informed about it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very close to airport.

Excellent modern hotel near airport

Surrounding neighborhood is not interesting but if you need to be near the airport this hotel location is perfect.

Easy on the wallet yet felt like I was staying at a super high end hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly Both room service and the breakfast was great.

location is far from Istanbul Main District.

Perfect brand new hotel..Big room amd very clean..Opposite shopping center is outlet mall..if you forget anything our you dont want pack so much things buy it their..All good labels sttaf with amazing price.Food court and coffe shop plus market is amazing. Spa in hotel is very organize and ritual.

I liked the very well hospitality and that because it was my first time there I was upgraded from standard to superior room . I had good time . Unfortunately I forgot my coat at the hotel but other than that was excellent experience and conevinent for the airport .

The fitness center was amazing; swimming pool was very good; our room was very confortable; Shuttle from/to airport works perfectly;

WiFi connection incredibly slow. Location: ok for Airport and for CNR expo center, but not for the city center.

Hotel is very close to the airport. With the free hotel shuttle it takes about 5 miutes. It's in front of a big shopping centre. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff is very helpful. Free pool and spa. Good variety for breakfast.

I really liked this hotel. The facilities were amazing and the food was very good. Breakfast was brilliant with great variety!If you don't mind a bit of a trek into town & you want a holiday combined with luxury and sightseeing, then this is the right hotel for you!

It was approximately one hour from the Sultanahmet area so it meant getting the metro and the tram but we were there for 6 days so for us, it was fine as we left early in the morning & came back late at night. While we were having the Turkish bath, the staff were talking to each other which was a little annoying but the bath was amazing so I didn't let it get to me. Some of my friends said they could hear the person next door as the rooms are very close together but I didn't have that problem. Hotel should invest in ear-plugs!!

Can't really complain about anything. Airport shuttle could be better organized in Ataturk airport.

The room was very nice and the food quality was excellent.

The service was not good at all especially when I had to checkout. the check out was at 12:00am and on the checkout day I have packed my bags in the morning and went to have my breakfast when I returned to my room at 7:30am I was locked out and was not allowed to collect my stuff myself. I did not given any reason for this. The hotel location is in the heart of other construction site.

Lack of English in room service concierge only proposes tour for 140 Euro for 4 hours with personal driver no other options.Not very helpful if you do not speak Turkish Far from the center almost 40 Euro with taxi to get to Taxim square.
