Locations and breakfast
The receptionist ( Ayse Gundugan) was so rude to me, I asked her assistance to charge my mobile and she answered very aggressively, she also warned her colleagues not to help me..
Very close to Metro stop and bus stops. Good connectivity to old town and city center. Nice and clean apartment. Friendly staff
I accepted an offer on Booking.com but was advised a few days later that it was an error. I was offered a "special" which was a little below the average of the area but more than double the original tariff. I have subsequently discovered this is not the first time this has occurred after doing some research on other sites e.g. Tripadvisor. The room had no bedside lamp. I requested one on numerous occasions but never received one. I requested room service and was advised the cost would be TL 25 i.e. the cost of the actual breakfast. Then, as I suspected would happen, the rate of exchange used for my final payment was way over the going rate.
nice personal good breakfast windows to the backside of the street
The team is amazingly kind and available for any kind of requests. You can't sit on the lobby without the receptionist offering you Tea, a turkish tea, really generous.. I forgot the name of a Tall receptionist who is the best receptionist i met and god i travelled to more than 15 countries and hundreds of hotels.
AC broke up during the night but they fixed it. Fridge was missing but the second day we had a new one.
The location, breakfast and some of the staff courtesy.
Attitude of a particular lady, on the front desk. I think her attitude does not fit where she assigned to, probably, she should be moved to the back operation.
It has become dirty, poorly managed .the internet is the worst I have seen in the past one year.the lady I met on the desk thought she was running her households where she held sway.
The staff was really helpful, the rooms are newly refurbished.
The air conditioning is not strong enough, it can get really hot in summer.
Simple furniture with very nice design , nice area , clean less , good staff
Wifi always problem and there is charges caming always so you have to check always with them all the bills /food menu different prices/
every thing else
No variety for breakfast
The man at reception was rude. I asked for a second card for my room (we were 2 people) and he did not give it to me (although the value of a card was 5 dollars).
There was nice people in the restaurant. They were kind and helpful. And there was a lady she was really helpful in the reception but there was a guy who was really aggressive!
First of all, When I arrived , they told me that they do not have the room that I booked, so they gave me another room. I accepted even though the room was not comfortable for my family. It has two beds and I booked a room with three beds. Since they told it is just for one day! I tried to be a good customer! But the interesting story begins now! when I tried to go out from the room, I saw the door is broken! and it cannot be opened from inside! I called them, and they told they can not fix it today, and your room will be changed tomorrow, So, I said Ok!! I accept this too! afterwards, I tried to open TV! it was not working, I called them and after 30 min struggle and changing pills it worked, The funniest part happened later! it started to rain outside, just after that there was water coming from roof above the bed and in the bathroom! I called them and they brought a trash can! and put it under the water! It was clear that this problem happened before. It is obvious in the picture, and clearly it happened before too, but they have not fixed it. I do not know the names, there was a lady trying to be reasonable and apologize and send me a basket of fruits but some other guy in the reception, he was just like it is not my problem and if you do not like go to somewhere else!! I told them I will not pay for that day, but the angry guy told me never :)) do what ever you can do! I told him this is not a room that I wanted and it was terrible! who can sit in a hotel room with water dropping in trash can beside bed! after few hours he called me and told me that the manager told it is ok to not to pay for that day! there was no slippers in room I asked and I they did at my last days of stay. And you should not expect beautiful enterance! it is very narrow even I find it difficult to find hotel!
Air conditions wasn t working Elevator wasn t working properly Tv wasn t working Be careful the food. Stomack disorders is out of the door
The Location is my first choice! It's totally worth it since it's in the heart of Osmanbey which is one station away from Taksim Square and one station away from Sisli "Cevahir Shopping Mall". BUT I still prefer Taksim because it's easier for transportation
1- Breakfast is terribly limited - Same food everyday with VERY VERY little varieties. 2- At the day of checkin our room wasn't available so we stayed at a suite then they moved us the next day to a triple room "Which I find not acceptable" 3- Bathroom was broken and we called the stuff to fix it and they kept laughing and ignore that nothing was wrong. 4- Electricity went down "at the hotel" which was extremely weird at 12:00 am and stayed down for 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great value for money, good location, friendly staff.
Nosie from the street.
staff poor wi fi is very bad and slow services poor
The location and the price are good
Some of the staff was bad. In the last day when we wanted to pay, they gave us the invoice and it was higher than the real one but we had to pay it because if not we would miss our flight and I think they knew that.
EXCELLANT location near OSMANBEY metro,A lot of coffee shops and resturants around, excellent breakfast.
I stayed in third LVL Wifi is poor
I absolutely love this place. Peaceful during day and night, slept like a baby. Great ambience. Recommended for a business or leisure stay.
Very good value considering the price we paid. We were able to walk to almost all the major tourist sites. Walking takes you through many nice areas of the city, and if you do not like long walks there is a metro station right next to the hotel.
It is close to a major road and in our room facing that road it got a little noisy sometimes.
The location and cleanliness
The hotel is not family friendly
