Everything was great
The room's size was small
When we settled in the Just In Hotel everything was fine. The location is excellent!
I was disappointed the first night that they gave us a room in the basement. My husband and I complained and said that we had a confirmed reservation a few days before, so we refuse such accommodation. They offered us a room at the Hotel Raimond, which is near, but the room had especially low attic, where we could not stand up straight !
Location was more than perfect - in the middle of tipical istanbul street with walking distance to blue mosque, tram station, gulhane park, topkapi and many more...specially beautiful ambient to walk at night or sit in the near local taverna and smoke nargila or drink turkish tea... very clean and comfortable rooms, high level with all new equipment, great services, and rich choice of breakfast, special compliments to yusuf who made me smile at breakfast
- the location, 5mn walk from Topkapi - the staff, very helpful - the cleanliness
some rooms are very small, but you can just ask to see the room, and ask for another one, if needed.
I've stayed in Istanbul before, in a far more fancy hotel, and in dozens of hotels everywhere... But no place has ever made me feel as special as Just Inn (or Justin, as they call it). The place is basic with all the essentials: good shower, comfy bed, satellite tv, good Wi- Fi, great breakfast (really filling), and free toiletries - in case you travel without yours. So nothing fantastic here. But let me tell you about the staff... They are amazing. They helped me with everything, when things were going smooth, and not. When I just wanted a table on the sidewalk (to have just a beer or a great dinner from the restaurants right across the street), from booking my ticket to see the Sufi Whirling act (and taking me there so I wouldn't get lost, although it was a 3 min walk!), to finding me an emergency cab driver when my shuttle to the airport was delayed. In fact, I left in such a hurry that I didn't get to appropriately thank all the amazing staff at Just Inn: the front counter guys and girl, the cleaners, the "I help lady with heavy luggage" kids, the breakfast woman who beautifully told me "Bon appetit" every time she saw me, and of course "Justin, the cat", who kept me company (under my chair) over dinner... So to all of you Justin staff, a big thank you. You are very special to me. Oh, and on top of that: Fantastic location - minutes walk from the train station, easy short walk to main destinations in Istanbul, and surrounded by great shops, cafes and restaurants... All of that for a budget price. Need to say anything else??? Next time I'm in Istanbul (and there will be one or many, since I just Iove that city), I will definitely stay at Just Inn again.
Location is excellent. Near to Sirkeci tram/trainstation and the ferryboat, but situated on a quiet street with just a few restaurants. In walking distance of almost all the sights (Topkapi palace, Aya Sofia museum, Blue Mosque, Big Bazaar). Wifi is good. Hotelstaff is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are small (but adequate). Breakfast is okay, but ther is only a very small selection of bread and fresh fruit.
Amazing and very courteous staff ! Very central location to anywhere and everywhere ! Excellent breakfast ! Good wifi ! would love to visit them again !
Location and cleaning were very good. Staff very nice!
Room on the ground floor with no window and fresh air but Amelka from the kitchen.Noisy at night and early morning cause of other clients and works in the kitchen.
I liked everything. The location is perfect, staff extremely nice and helpful, room small but very clean, breakfast fantastic with a wide variety of dishes including Turkish mezes, unfortunately they stopped offering freshly-pressed juices. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Istanbul very much, which has definitely become one of my favourite cities.
Clean and cosy hotel with most friendly personnel. Really central location. All services we needed were outright available. The breakfast was generous and delicious.
The room was a little too cramped. With some small changes in furniture the spaciousness could be improved.
Located in the very tourist centre of the city. Excellent breakfast !
Serious warning ! Very, very small room ! It is actually a small single room with two beds pushed by force inside. You have to jump over the beds to arrive to a tiny bathroom. Not a joke at all !!
Close to everything in old town Istanbul
TV didn't work
Neighbourhood was fantastic. That was about it.
First of all I booked a twin room. On arrival we were told this wasn't available, so they gave us two singles. One on the first floor and with a blocked window, so completely dark, and another one on the 6th floor which was nice, though small, but smelled of mold. OK. We decided that as we're not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel, we won't make a big deal out of it. We had a reservation for 3 nights though and on the third evening my friend went to her room at about 21.00 and came back down saying her things are no longer in the room and instead there's a suitcase that isn't hers. So we went to ask the reception and we were told that oh yeah, we put you in another room and there are now new clients in your rooms. Nobody even asked us or told us that they would be doing this. Besides our room cards still worked, so we could walk in to rooms that had other people's belongings in there. We could have taken everything we wanted! And it's a good thing we didn't walk into people sleeping already!!!! Also as for somebody packing up my stuff and taking it to another room without telling me first is absolutely unheard of! After 10 years working in tourism this kind of a thing has never happened! In addition having seen 3 rooms of the hotel I'd say they're awfully tiny and the stay isn't worth the money. Breakfast is poor by Istanbul standards and the people working in the hotel could polish up their attitudes. Definitely don't recommend!!!
Great location. Very nice and friendly personel. The ac was not working one night, we called them at midnight and in 10 min they repaired it.. Personel so helpful. Breakfast so delicious with enough variety of food and the personel responsible there was very polite and nice. The size of the room was convenient for us, it was a little bit tinny but it was ok we were all day outside the hotel. Overall if we went to Istanbul again we will come back !!
The ground of the room was not soooo clean.
clean and quit on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast was decent.
not value for money and rooms too small. Most staff was polite but not very professionel.
Le personel. The team was more than helpful! The hotel is really centrally located, and very clean. I just loved the staff.
Tous ete vraiment parfait.
Very clean and good location. Helpful staff.
Very very very small rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast area is not comfortable. Limited verity at breakfast. Hotel is expensive in all. We had to carry our luggage along walk to the taxi.
Very good location with great hotel service. The rooms were clean and with good facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are smaller than look in the photos. After first day we had to change the room, because we were given a room with a big wall in front of the windows and there was a constant noise from outdoor ventilation. It was very disturbing.
I had a single bed which I thought was all I needed travelling alone, but the room turned out to be tiny with very little space to put my two big suit cases, cabin luggage and my computer bag. I was transiting in Istanbul for two night. Apart from the tiny room, everything else was good. The shower pressure was powerful, I had my own air conditioner, the room was clean and everything was provided: hair comb, shoe shine, tooth brush and paste, lounge slippers, name it, you have it. When I couldn't tune in to an English speaking Channel on the TV, the staff was readily available to sort me out. The staff were generally friendly and there was at least one of them that can communicate in English. Breakfast was good, but you pay for your cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. The location of the hotel gives easy access to many tourist sites, restaurants, tour sites and souvenir shops. Though sited in the heart of town, it remained quite and peaceful inside. I had very good sleeps, so the bed must have been comfortable. All together I was satisfied. I will surely use the hotel again and of course recommend.it.
The room was tiny and I had the back view which offered just roof top sight of the building at the back.
Staff at Just inn hotel are so friendly especially Mr. Gapan Deniz. Mr. Deniz is very helpful and speaks English very well, so he helped us a lot during our stay in Istanbul. Location is great. The hotel is located in the heart of historical area in Istanbul. Moreover, the street is only for pedestrians, so you could walk freely. The atmosphere is unique and people are attending the restaurants in that street almost 24/7
Rooms are very small, and washrooms even smaller. Breakfast has limited variety of food and very limited bread and fruit types. Some of staff speak almost no English at all, so it is better to solve any issue with the morning staff.
Great location right next to all main attractions and tram line. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Small but cozy room with a hairdryer, kettle, fridge. Room looks like new and was cleaned every day. Wi-fi was enough good. There is a luggage storage service. Breakfast is fresh and varied, including сheese, vegetables, fruits, sausage, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, potatoes, olives, honey, jams, pastries, coffee, tea, fresh juice.
Small room for breakfast
I liked everything
The stuff was very friendly.the hotel is completely new. The location is perfect.
The breakfast was very poor and boring.a small restaurant but you can take your breakfast up to the lobby.the bathroom shower is very strong compared to the ability of the plumbing so after your shower you will surprise with really wet bathroom floor
The staff is gracious, welcoming, helpful. They did everything they could to make my stay the best. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, with a wide variety of offerings, the service at breakfast was first rate
Great location right next to great variety of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to all main attractions and tram line.
Breakfast room in basement. Found out on last day you could take your food to the ground floor in comfortable chairs and tables. Terrace is terrific but underutilised.
