The town has little to offer, although it has enormous potential. They could restore all the old town built in the rocks of the valley below. Interesting to see even if abandoned. Perfect for a night stay over to visit Ihlara valley and monastery valley.
Güzelyurt is a nice old village. The pension is a traditional Cappadocia stone building, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The host was great. I arrived there with the minibus departing from Aksaray and the host received me where the bus stopped. Then next morning he hsoted me at his house for a great breakfast. Then, as I needed to go to Ihlara and there are no taxis or buses, he brought me there by car. My stay at this place was great and I'm very grateful to the host. Recommended.
a great find. A little off the beaten track, very peaceful and beautiful setting. the staff are proud of their hotel and told us it’s story. they were very helpful and friendly. the setting is gorgeous and a lot of fun. it’s a maze of little alleys bridges and steps to get lost and found again in.
the food was excellent, plenty of choice and very tasty. WiFi was also very good both in the room and at the terrace, which also has loads of space and a fab view.
It's the experience that you should have once. The hotel is located in the old town and it has a very special feeling of being ancient. The hotel rooms r situated in different part of the labyrinth ( the hotel is not one building.) My son really liked the hotel complex and the room.
The breakfast and dinner buffet was good and the staff was really nice.
The room feels a bit humid but if u r not too sensitive, it's ok.
The best thing in this hotel was a free walking tour with Tarek (I hope I name our guide correctly). He spent a whole day with us showing main attractions, and we enjoyed his knowledge of the area and attitude.
Hotel staff is trying to do their best to please their guests . Beds are fine, and our room was super spacious, but due to its size probably it was very cold inside
The pictures do not do justice- the hotel is much more beautiful in real life! The hospitality is incredible, you feel like a dear guest, not a client. Home cooked breakfasts and dinner were absolutely delicious. So was the food in the recommended restaurant. All the suggestions about our itinerary were super helpful. We were sorry to leave!
A wonderful hotel, like a fairy tale. The rooms are arranged with a lot of oriental taste, magic, and romance. Great staff, polite and attentive. Beautiful Eastern cuisine served in a beautiful homey atmosphere that takes you back in time to this historic place. The rooms are heated, and there is parking 100 meters away.
The first contact with çapa (sorry for the spelling) the frontdesk hotel guy. Super friendly, he makes us at home. The good English skills helps a lot.
The hotel rooms are outstanding. Hudge cave like capadocian style.

The little restaurant next to the room with fire ! Very good food and price.
I stayed here on my first trip to Cappadocia. The comfort of the hotel was sufficient and if you have any problems, the hotel staff are interested. The location of the hotel is close to the Cappadocia region and Ihlara Valley. All in all it was a good experience for me
Amazing cave hotel! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with magnificient bathroom, felt very authentic, amazing view on Hasan Dagi. Amazing breakfast and dinner options. Probably the best hotel in Turkey we've ever been to and great value for money.
Cool. quirky and comfortable rooms in historic building. The breakfast was exceptional (even by Turkish standards). The family who own the hotel are lovely, given some great advice on unusual sites to visit in this fascinating area of the country.
The view is stunning and the whole hotel area is quite special, the rooms are pretty and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner were very good.
the ambience of the hotel was quite different and nice, also the hotel staff were very interested and the location was good. as a result i suggest you stay
