Alacart Restaurant : 19:00 - 21:00 (Only for All inclusive customers and you can make reservation between 10:00 -11:00hours at the reception)
With payment services:
All imported drinks, for halp pansion local drinks, drinks after 24:00 hour, orange juice, Turkish coffee, bottled drinks, lunch and cake for half pansion concept.

I liked this hotel just because the rooms were clean and it is located near the main beach in Alanya the attitudine of the staff some of them were quite rude and just a few could understand english |

The Beach...Swimming Pool....The Food!!! I was in the smallest double room I have ever been in. They cleaned our room every other day. |

The food (3 meals) and the free drınks. Room servıce and cleanlıness. Close to beacj and amenıtıes. So many swımmıng-pool users but not enough seats or beds around the pool. Famıly hotels need bıgger pools wıth facılıtıes. Also, can not use the room towels for the pool. |

From the manager to the wait staff, they are a very dishonest group. The only one I found to be helpful and honest was the maid. Fees changed. I was not aware that I could not bring guests to my room. Cash was demanded and paid for beverages after dinner but were also listed on my final bill. I paid twice because i did not have time to fight as I had a plane to catch. Staff seems to be put out if asked for assistance in anything. It is more like a hostel rather than a full service hotel. I will not stay or recommend... |

the food was good value for money the hotel rooms have recently been redone; too bad that the finishing touches are left out. (examples, all new bathroom fixtures but old shower enclosure which does not quite fit, old flaky bathroom door frame) |

Excellent location, nice room, good food, very good service at the restaurant. The beds were not very comfortable as there was no upper madrass like we always have in Scandinavia, only the hard big madrass. |
