Great location to pay a visit to Ephesus and to spend one day at Pamukkale. The hotel is very charming and the staff really nice and attentive. The restaurant offers good local food.

Good location, close to Ephesus, shopping, etc. Breakfast good. Pool good. Friendly, helpful staff.

Perhaps it was only our room that was poor, who knows? The room was very dark with little lighting. There were no comfortable chairs in the room. The bathroom was horrid with very little cold water pressure and virtually no hot water. Traffic noise continued through the night.

Very friendly staff. Gardens and swimming pool were very welcome when the weather was very hot. Good restaurant. Five minute walk to town centre, Basilica of St John and castle.

Problems with accuracy of our bill. This was resolved but wasted time and was disconcerting. Hygiene issues with a animals in the garden-four young puppies. Rooms not well sound insulated. Parking haphazard. Pool furniture very old and not very comfortable.

Helpful staff. Clean. Great ambiance. Mrs. Seda was very kind & we enjoyed our tour with her. My son enjoyed playing with the puppies, turtles & birds in the garden area. Pool was clean. Good room service.

In-house restaurant food has limited variety. Breakfast not that great.

The staff could not have been more helpful to us. We arrived late at night and were able to get a lovely dinner. The room was really lovely, very clean and neatly furnished. But the main thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from Seda who guided us through Ephesus, the manager, the waiters including the room cleaners who did a wonderful job and had a great sense of humour. We recommended the Kalehqn to fellow travellers we met in Berghama.

Everything was fine. Thanks for a lovely introduction to Seljuk. Mary and Deirdre

Beautiful garden and pool area, nice breakfast and lunch, friendly and helpful staff, free pick up from train station, helped with luggage and transfers to Efesus and Kusadasi.

Upper floor room nicely decorated but got pretty hot and air con did not work properly. Staff tried to fix it with no success. Small shower with little space to move. Hotel is 10 min walk to center of town.

The hotel is beautiful and very close to everything. Apart from the staff being very hard working, friendly and helpful, the hotel manager Mehmet was exceptional. We arrived late on the first day and by misfortune missed the tour of Ephesus. There were no note tour guides available for the day so Mehmet arranged for the hotel driver to show us around for the day as a hotel service. What's more is that our last day we had to check out and leave for Konya (which is a 9 hour drive) and we missed our morning bus so the hotel Manager lent us a room free of charge for the day in order for us to enjoy the beach and be able to rest and shower before taking the night bus later that day. Absolutely amazing way of trading customers and I would deginetely return again.

Lovely homely feeling in a quaint French provincial style and with a nice garden and swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and would suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The hotel was within easy walking of the main centre with loads of restaurants.

Could not fault this place at all!

beautiful location nice ambience but a little worn out, helpful owner and staff were nice enough to upgrade us next day as we found that room we booked was very small. staff very helpful and gave us hot omelettes at breakfast to eat.

at breakfast table some of the items were spoilt . carpets in the rooms could be vacuumed thoroughly.

The hotel was very homely. The staff were excellent and made a big difference to our stay and made it memorable. The manager Mehmet is a fun-loving person who can keep you engaged for hours with his sense of humour. The executive chef Ramadan cooked a delicious vegetarian food for us as a special treat. Great place to stay.

The rooms are a little dated (estpecially locks) and require maintenance
