Hotel Kalehan  

Ottima struttura, tranquilla, con ottimi servizi. Bellissimo giardino. Camera ampia, dotata di tutto. Ottima la copertura wi-fi anche nella camera. Staff cordiale ed efficente. Ottimo il ristorante. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Posizione ottima vicino al museo archeologico di Efeso, si raggiunge a piedi la basilica di S.Giovanni con un taxi si può visitare gli scavi e rientrare a piedi. Ottima camera condizionata buona colazione e accoglienza, piscina piccola ma funzionante, personale gentile e disponibile ambientazione 'Boutique Hotel' ci tornerò.

Pensare che l'unica critica potrebbe essere le luci a testa letto sono eccessive.

Sostanzialmente un hotel de charme, magnifico

Our host was the best. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful. Decor awesome.

Charming place to stay.

A very welcoming and friendly hotel which was idealy located for our shopping trip to Izmir and a lovely afternoon spent in Serince, a small local village not to be missed. It was bitterly cold weather whilst staying at the hotel so i dont think we got to see the best of it which i can imagine during the summer months is even more of a delight to stay at with its lovely rose garden and swimming pool area.

It represents the best in Turkish hospitality. Excellent value for money in a traditional setting that reflects the tastes of the owners. The staff were friendly and very attentive without being intrusive. The rooms are generally small and for our short stay they were fine. Our room reflected the general style of the hotel, however the bathroom was sympathetically modernised, with copious hot water. The hotel is well located and comfortable even in the winter.

Situated in the dusty town of Selcuk, a couple of kilometers from the ruins of Ephesus, Hotel Kalehan was a cozy, warm, and welcoming home away from home. The staff was outstanding - helpful when planning our day's activities, friendly, and always welcoming. The included breakfast was delicious and held, in our minds, the award for the best yogurt we had in Turkey. The room was cozy and had a lovely view of the castle on the hill behind. The lobby area had a roaring fire and cozy seating - a perfect place for a glass of wine after a day of sight-seeing. Since we visited in December, it was too cold to enjoy the lovely pool and garden-like surroundings placed cozily between the two buildings. However, were I to visit again in the summer months, Hotel Kalehan would again be my choice!

We had a nice room at a reasonable price. Good breakfast in the morning. We were able to dine in their restaurant if we chose to after a long day of touring. Staff were pleasant.

Water was not warm on the first morning but that was fixed for the next day

Everything. The best hotel we had in Turkey. 1. Location - Located five min walk away from main bus station of Selcuk. Bus station is adjacent to market. The roads are flat and have decent side walks. 2. Room - Rooms were clean with good facilities. Decent writing table. Enough electric points. Clean sheets and towels. Very good. 3. Breakfast - Wide spread. Staff keen to serve. Breakfast in Turkey is almost identical in every hotel. The only difference is the service and cleanliness. 4. We reached a few hours early and they accomodated us without any issues.
