Friendly and hospitable staff. Delicious dinner. Excellent location in the old city

A mosque 50 metres away does not improve your sleep! No inside eating facilities can be cold in April.

Staff welcoming and friendly and although English limited we had a great time with everyone. Hotel well positioned in old town and just a short walk from the gardens along the coast. Very relaxing.

Adjacent mosque very loud but hey this is Turkey all part of the charm.

We chose this hotel to stay one night before going to Cirali beach. The staff was really nice, we arrived late at night and they received us and offered dinner after the kitchen was closed. The hotel is small, very simple and clean, but the best was the warm and personalized attention. Our daughter got sick during the flight and that same night we had to take her to the hospital. One member from the hotel's staff was really nice and drove us to the hospital. He stayed with us at the hospital until everything was arranged and he helped us with the language and he made sure that someone would pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. Next day another member from the staff showed my husband where the drugstore was. It was nice to stay in the hotel, and the service during the breakfast was really nice. Our daughter is 2 years old and all the staff was really nice with her.

The room where we stayed was a bit small for a small family. Maybe with young children it’ll be better to stay in a larger room or in a hotel that can accommodate families. Still, overall the attention was great.

Beautiful building, great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A very good choice.

Rooms are very clean,the staff all make you feel welcome. There is plenty of choice for breckfast,and as much coffee or tea as you need. We had no problem with the hot water you just need to run it for a little while.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, sehr Zentral. Absolut freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect, het ontbijt in de binnentuin prima. Ligt midden in het oude gedeelte van de oude stad, winkels, (jacht)haven en strand. Wij komen al 12 jaar lang, twee keer per jaar in deze schitterende en bruisende omgeving.

In verschillende hotels in deze omgeving hebben wij door de jaren heen vakantie gehouden, we hebben ook altijd een gezellig en prettig verblijf gehad. Omdat wij van afwisseling houden hebben wij voor dit hotel gekozen, hadden er weleens langsgelopen en het zag er op zich netjes en verzorgd uit. Bij de boeking hebben wij aangegeven dat onze voorkeur ging naar een kamer met balkon. Tot onze verbazing bleek deze helemaal niet te bestaan. In het hotel is echt niemand die een andere taal spreekt dan Turks, uitleggen was dus onmogelijk.De volgende dag een iemand gezocht om te tolken, bleek dat er toch een kamer was met balkon, die konden we betrekken mits we 75 euro per dag bij zouden betalen. De kamers zijn vreselijk ongezellig ingericht en op zijn zachts uitgedrukt vuil! Badkamer met overal schimmel en vies. De familie/eigenaars zijn verder echt bijzonder aardige mensen, wat dat betreft niets aan te merken. Jammer dat ze totaal geen idee hebben hoe een hotel te runnen, hygiëne zeer slecht en vieze tapijten in de kamers. Achterstallig onderhoud en verwaarloosd.

Reservierung für die erste Nacht hat man wohl übersehen und wollte uns in ein anderes "Hotel" stecken, welches sich als Pension rausstellte und nicht mal einen halben Stern verdiente. Nach unserer Weigerung dorthin zu wechseln wurde kurzer Hand ein anderer Gast ausquartiert und wir wurden in ein winziges Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gesteckt. Da meine Begleitung des Türkischen mächtig war wurde Sie von einem besonders schmierigen Angestellten gebeten ihm ihre Türkische Passnummer zu geben als Gefallen,damit dieser seine SIM-Karte in der Türkei für sein Handy freischalten könne. Dies kam mehrmals vor in den vier Tagen Aufenthalt. Frühstück kann man sich sparen, Garten zwar schön aber dort lungert der Angestellt ebenfalls rum. Schlüssel niemals am Empfang abgeben, denn es ist selten jemand dort und die Strasse gut belebt und die Schlüssel liegen griffbereit für Jedermann sichtbar in einer Schale. Am Ende hat man mit uns abgerechnet ohne daß wir eine Rechung sahen. Per Taschenrechner. üBerraschung dann als wir die Koffer am Abend abholten: Nachzahlen bitte, wir haben uns verrechnet. Das hat uns dann gereicht und wir sind weg mit dem Taxi - Und der Angestellte rief die Polizei...Nie mehr wieder dieses Hotel!

Yardımcı olmak için koşturan ilgili çalışanların olması, temizlik açısından sorun görmememiz, kaleiçindeki merkezi konum artıları. Fiyat gibi konularda daha önce yazılan sorunlarla biz karşılaşmadık; rezervasyon fiyatını ödedik, hatta tatili uzatıp eklediğim ekstra günü de rezerve fiyat fiyat üzerinden ödedik. Bizim için keyifli hoş bir konaklamaydı.

L'ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo, che include anche un'ottima colazione nel giardino.Camere pulite e confortevoli. L'albergo e' dignitoso ed essenziale.

L'unica nota negativa riguarda il disguido sulla camera. Ci hanno chiesto se desideravamo pagare subito o al checkout. Allora ho chiesto se la camera era effettivamente double, e me lo hanno confermato. Dopo averci condotto in camera scopriamo invce essere una 3 letti singoli.Ce l'hanno cambiata ma abbiamo avuto l'impressione di poca trasparenza

L'albergo in se' non ha aspetti negativi particolari.

Con il personale dell'albergo è meglio non averci niente a che fare.appena siamo arrivati un personaggio subdolo voleva farci pagare in anticipo la stanza e poi un probabile amico suo tassinaro che ci avrebbe accompagnato all'aeroporto per il doppio della cifra normale.noi abbiamo detto che non avremmo pagato in anticipo e ci siamo informati sul costo del taxi.avendo scoperto che costava la meta',gli abbiamo comunicato la nostra intenzione di non prendere quello del suo amico.la mattina seguente,al momento del ceck out l'albergatore ha fatto finta che il bancomat non funzionava e mi ha fatto fare 2 km a piedi per prelevare sperando che il nostro taxi che avevamo prenotato a un costo migliore se ne andasse via per rifilarci comunque quello del suo amico.quando ho pagato non mi ha voluto dare la ricevuta e sono andato via con la paura che mi facesse cmq scalare I soldi da booking.fate un po' voi se volete soggiornare in quell'albergo dove sembra che ti trattino come un pollo da spennare.è Stato l'unico albergo negativo della vacanza.
