Attentive service from all staff. Beautiful establishment overrall, but the room was exceptional. Lovely eye for detail throughout the whole venue. Very tranquil and plenty of room in the actual bedroom. |

Trato personal excelente. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas. Limpieza excelente tanto de las habitaciones y el baño como del resto del hotel. Buen desayuno. Hotel cueva típico de la zona con mucho encanto. Facilidades para contratar excursiones y actividades en el mismo hotel. Transfer a aeropuertos de Kaysery y Nevsheir. |

Gentilezza dello staff, posto indimenticabile, tranquillita' umidita' nelle stanze e un po' di cattivo odore. Tutto comprensibile comunque dal momento che si dorme in una grotta :). |

洞窟ホテルということで、雰囲気があってとてもよかったです。レストランが近く、またホテルの方によいお店- も紹介してもらい、ありがたかったです。 朝、全ての水が出なくなったときは焦りました・・・。ホテルの方に言いにいくと、全ての部屋で同じ状態でし- た。（ホテルの水のタンクが空になってしまったようです。）他の部屋の方も言いに来ていました。すぐ対応し- てくれたので（３０分位で復旧し）とりあえず事なきを得ました。水を買ってあったので、それで歯を磨いたり- しました。 |

Sicuramente il design delle camere (bellissime ricavate nelle grotte) e la posizione Il personale scadente al massimo, solo il proprietario (peraltro quasi mai presente e sempre in altre faccende affaccendato..) parlava inglese. Colazione pessima e patetica. |

La camera molto bella. Il bagno eccezionale. Zona relax esclusiva per ogni camera(delux) tra divani e tappeti. Il servizio inesistente e svogliato. La colazione è solo quella turca(pomodori, cetrioli,formaggio,olive) scordatevi i dolci. Si trovano alberghi molto più soddisfacenti a meno prezzo a goreme |

La ubicacion, ya que considero que Goreme es el mejor pueblo para hospedarse en Capadocia. Además en cuanto llegas al pueblo te recogen en la estación para llevarte al hotel, lo cuál se agradece porque vienes cansado, con las maletas y encima las calles en el pueblo son todas con unas cuestas... La habitación huele bastante a humedad, además pedimos una cama doble y nuestra habitación tenía tres camas individuales. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, pero esto es habitual en la zona. |

O Hotel é bem localizado.Está localizado a apenas 5 minutos de caminhada para o centro da cidade e dos principais restaurantes e lojas. O dono é atencioso. |
