very clean new hotel, very friendly people, near aeroport, pick up service for free.

Friendly staff, upgraded room, comfortable bed, very good wifi conection,

Very small safe, car parking is a problem, no restaurant availa ble,too heavy old fashion furniture, too dark (particularly when you enter to the room it difficult to find the slot for room keycard, lobby is not spacious

Good breakfast and good decoration equipped with wifi and air conditioning

All I can say best hotel for all

I liked everything , I got more than what I asked for

the room makes you fill so special one and the breakfast and smile face of stuff were all perfect

I was served in my room an excellent free dinner and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Wish all the Turkish hotels were like this one.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They came to the airport to help guide me drive to the hotel. Amazing. The room was an opulent surprise, too.

Apart from the comfort of the hotel the staff were the best we have ever come across and could not do enough to help in whatever way they could. Also, the location is excellent since it is near shops, restaurants and airport. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very luxurious and good value for money. I would recommend it and I would stay there again if visiting Adana. Also, the breakfast is very good.

There is no swimming pool and fitness room.

The only criticism was that the bathroom was a bit small and not finished to the very high standard of our room.

Absolut tot. Amplasarea hotelului intr-o zona apropriata de centru, de zona de shopping, muzee, moschee, raul Seihan, podul roman, mall etc. Stilul specific, faptul ca fiecare camera are stilul ei, curatenia, facilitatile oferite, amabilitatea staff-ului. Excelent. As recomanda cu mare placere tuturor turistilor care trec prin Adana. Excellent value for money!

alles sehr kitschig. Sieht aus wie in einer franz. Palast aber alles in Plastik.

Odalar oldukça güzel tasarlanmış. Odada sıcak içecek içmek için hertürlü donanım mevcut. Personel çok yardımcı, güleryüzlü.

Banyo malzemeleri eksik.Mesela saç kremi yoktu,el sabunu yoktu. Ayrıca.banyo mobilyaları da odadaki mobilya renginde olmalıydı.

Freundlichkeit der personalen und ausstattung kompfort. Auch das es im zentrale ist wahr auch sehr gut.

Kendisine ait akşam yemeği için Restaurant'ı olmaması kötü. Gerçi resepsiyon dışarıdan her ne isterseniz bulup getiriyor ama restaurantta keyif yapmak isterdim akşam...

Odalar rahat, personel yardımsever, otelin lokasyonu iyi.

Odada minibar boş, bu tip ve bu fiyattaki bir otelde minibar boş olamaz, siz isteyin getirelim diyorlar ama minibar kullanımını tercih etmek isteyebilirim. Caddeye bakan odalar sessiz değil, bir de daha otelden ayrılmadan yani check out yaptırmadan kredi kartımdan ücretin çekilmesi hiç şık olmadı.

Odanın dizaynı şık bir görünüm veriyor. Kendine has bir yapı oluşturmuş.

Eşim saç kremi bulunmadığından yakındı :)

الموقع الرائع ,قربه من مركز التسوق بريميوم ,على كورنيش نهر سيحان ,امام الجامع المركزي على ضفة النهر ,تكاسي امام الفندق ,قريب من المطار ,اثاث فاخر جدا وكلاسيكي تشعر كأنك في مقصورة ملكية عثمانية , هدوء, جو عائلي .تراس جميل على الشارع العام,طلبات العشاء موفرة في وقت متأخر للغرفة .
