Hotel Kayahan  

Very friendly and helpful staff. Evening meal is an absolute bargain. Good swimming pool and an excellent location close to the waterfront while being reasonably quiet. We plan to visit again next year.

Being fussy you could say rooms are on the small side but then who is in a room at a seaside resort?

We stayed in Kayahan Hotel for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They helped us organize the boat trip to Kekova, and check the bus schedule. The room is clean. The view from the terrass is great!

Second or third time we have stayed here. This place has a nice seaside feel about it and the price is very good. Unless you are on a very tight budget/long trip there seems little reason to go anywhere cheaper because the absolute savings can only be small. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who know the art of running a good hotel.

The people at the hotel spoke good English and were helpful. The hotel has a very nice rooftop terrace with a great view of the harbour. For the facilites it offers, it is quite cheap.

Room 304: a seaview to dy for! We travelled along the Turkish southcoast and hotel Kayahan was by far the best place we've stayed. Very friendly staff, good and clean room. For going to pool or beach the owner gives you a big big orange towel for free use which was great. We felt really at home in this hotel and even extended our stay like a lot of people do. Internet in the rooms is very weak but that is not a problem because it works perfectly in the mainroom downstairs. Do not look any further, book Kayahan!

Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Food was very good. For a budget hotel the rooms were well above average & cleanliness excellent. Would definitely stay again.

A nice hotel in a really beautyful place. A right rate valute/money.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Generous buffet breakfast. Quiet location. Warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. Free rides to the bus station. Good eco-friendly policy.

The sheet on the bed should be bigger. A night reading lamp would be wonderful.

Very welcoming, great location with excellent views over the sea and islands, nice pool for a refreshing dip after a day's walking. Extensive breakfast buffet taken on the roof terrace, and last but not least, very reasonable prices.

The view from the balcony and the terrace was amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and well-maintained and it was a good value. The swimming pool was also good. I would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the hotel as we paid such a budget-friendly price (22.95 euros), which included breakfast for two and hotel transfers to the otogar. Staff were friendly and approachable. The view from our room and from the breakfast terrace area was great, looking out to the Greek island of Meis. We also liked the relaxed town of Kas a lot.

We didn't realise that the otogar transfers included pick-up on our arrival as on the booking.com website it says that a shuttle is available to (i.e. not from) the bus terminal, so we dragged our bags unnecessarily to the hotel.

Location, staff

Great hotel. The view from the terrace is probably the best you can get in Kas. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the sea, harbour and town and there is even a free shuttle to the bus station. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Staff are wonderful, really friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. There's a pool and free wifi all over the hotel, so you have everything you need for a great holiday.

We found Deniz and his staff very friendly and nothing is any trouble, lovely terrace for breakfast with super views and food. Our room was great and spotless, with views of the harbour and the Greek island of Meis. We would recommend the hotel without any hesitation. We found the restuarants very good for value and would recommend the Ora Secret Garden opposite the taxi rank and Zeytin Olive also Tea Garden ( Noel Baba ) due to the early season dinner was not available at the hotel so we ate out. Great staff, views from breakfast peaceful and beautiful, and close to main square - very convenient location. Did not mind the hills.

I liked this hotel very much! Staff was super friendly and nice, with tons of ideas of what to do in their town and further away. My room was super nice, with a small balcony to hang beach towel etc .. overlooking the pool. I had fresh towels and flower petals on my bed every day. Bathroom was tiny but functional. Breakfast is served upstairs on their terrace, and is buffet, with lots of choices. Town beach is 2 minutes on foot, the old town and marina 5 min, and bus station 8 minutes walking. Excellent value for your money!

Everything was great. Nice and clean room, friendly and helpful people, great breakfast, decent dinners.

While a good value, the optional evening meal was more ordinary than fabulous. Certainly, it was good, just not great.

Well now where to start ? We stayed nine nights and rate our time in Kas as very memorable, Kayahan hospitality was way above average and all staff went the extra mile to help you in any way. Bless you all and see you in 2013. George and Sno. NZ

A quite and friendly hotel with wonderful water views. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast terrace is great.
