Hotel Kayahan  

Hotel bien situé tenu par un couple charmant et serviable. Chambres spacieuses, vue sur mer et port incomparable, petit déjeuner qualitatif, rien à dire, bonne adresse.

Piscine (toute petite) donnant directement sur la rue, entourée d'une "magnifique moquette verte" qui n'invite pas à la baignade... Pas très grave tant les solutions alternatives (plages) sont nombreuses localement.

Franchement, tout : excellent rapport qualité prix, extrême gentillesse du personnel, formidables petits déjeuner buffet et repas du soir (pour 8 euros), accès gratuit à un ordinateur pour surfer, vue extraordinaire de la terrasse et de la chambre (coucher de soleil), transfert gratuit à la station de bus. Bref, que faites-vous encore là ? Courrez voir Deniz ! Sa philostophie est réellement le plaisir du client avant tout. Monté sur ressorts, il court partout toute la journée pour satisfaire ses clients et réparer les soucis techniques. Tout problème signalé est traité... Instantanément ! et j'y ai rencontré deux nouvelles amies !

Magnifique terrasse. Les chambres coté mer disposent d'un petit balcon avec une belle vue.

Staff were very friendly and super-helpful. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The hotel is just the right strolling distance from the centre of town. Meals on the upper floor terrace looking at the view were great.

Very efficiently run hotel with all the facilities you could wish for - lift, pool, and a terrace with the best sunset view you could wish for. The hotel is an easy walk from the centre of this charming seaside resort and the staff were impeccable in their care of us. Sad we could only stay one night but would have loved to stay longer.

The hotel had a relaxed family feel to it and felt clean & fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.The food was very good-as good as in any of the restaurants we visited and often cheaper. Just a 5min.stroll into town for a variety of small shops, restaurants,bus station and excursion booking offices or to just stroll around the harbour front.

We were surprised on our arrival that the swimming pool had not been pointed out to us and thought at first we'd made an error (we'd looked at so many hotels); no room for it behind the hotel as the ground rises sharply but then we realised the pool was situated at the side of the hotel.It was very pleasant but unfortunately was in full view of passers- by. Two of our group who used it didn't feel as relaxed as they would have liked, so we didn't make as much use of it as we'd expected- however two days of unusually heavy rain didn't help! A hedge of a flowering shrub could adequately provide some privacy.On one of the wet days we returned earlier to the hotel and in typical English fashion wanted a cup of tea! The staff were very helpful and provided hot water etc (out of hours) for us, but having a kettle in the room (with the accompanying packets,which I realise, may not be readily available) or the facilities available in the dining room would have avoided troubling the staff but provided that little extra for guests.

Rooms could do with modernizing and the bathroom was small but you get what you pay for and it was good value

The receptionist was very kind and helped us to organize small trips around Kas. The other staff members seemed a bit uninterested....The hotel is very clean. The dinner is very good value for price. The staff offers a glass of wine to all guests every night in the restaurant. Wonderful view at sun set garanteed!

Lovely welcome, very obliging staff, nice clean pool (not very private from road), balcony with a peep of the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

The internet did not work in our room, had to sit in the lobby or dining area to get reception.

Nice budget hotel, sea views. Especially good breakfast.

Great location in Kas. Views spectacular from the terrace both at night and in the morning. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Facilities were good - small pool but the beaches were good.

Location superb with panoramic views from the terrace restaurant. Welcome from staff very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately some guests left air-con running all night which was very disturbing and we had zero sleep on one of the nights.
