Hotel Kayahan  

Bella la vista dell'isola di Kastellorizo che si gode dalla terrazza dove viene servita la colazione. La colazione è abbondante e varia.

Nella stanza c'era una penetrante puzza di fogna. Basso rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Buona volontà e accoglienza della titolare. La posizione rispetto al paese e al mare. Molto vicino a questi ultimi, ma lontano quel tanto che basta per essere al di fuori della mischia . un esperienza nel complesso positiva.

In italia sarebbe paragonabile ad una pensione della riviera romagnola . kas, tuttavia, è molto richiesta è gran parte degli hotel sono di questo livello. La nostra camera era al 3° piano e il wi fi funzionava bene solo nella hall.

Posizione a due passi dal centro di Kas, colazione varia e di buona qualità servita sulla terrazza panoramica.

Camera piccola; nonostante la prenotazione per 2 doppie entrambe le camere avevano 3 letti con ulteriore riduzione di spazio. Biancheria ed arredi di modesta qualità. Scarsa pulizia e nessun cambio degli asciugamani in 3 giorni di permamanenza. Solo le camere al 3° piano hanno una buona vista mare. I piani inferiori (noi purtroppo eravamo al 2°) si affacciano sul retro fatiscente di alberghi posti davanti al Kayahan. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per i giudizi più che positivi lasciati dagli altri ospiti, tuttavia siamo rimasti delusi !!

I loved staying in Hotel Kayahan. The staff is really friendly and very helpfull and they will do anything to help you. Especially the lady at the reception. Rooms and bathrooms are bright and very clean. Hotel is on 3 minutes walk from the centre and short walking distance from the beautiful big beach. Very good price/quality value.

Really great staff, fantastic sheltered rooftop terrace, and a very nice relaxed atmosphere. They also do a dinner in the evening that was excellent!

Wow. We were so impressed with the hotel and the staff. Room: Fairly big incl ensuite, extremely clean, good A/C, comfy bed, with a great view over the bay from the balcony. Staff: Extremely helpful, super friendly, relaxed and always at hand to answer questions, have a chat, speak to local businesses on our behalf or even rush us to the bus station. Top guys. Food: Incredible choice, for both yummy buffet breakfast and dinner served on the terrace. The dinner comprised of an incredible selection of mezze, followed by a main of fish or meat from the grill and finished off with some fruit and/or cake, all of which for an extra 20TL per person, outstanding value!!! If that wasn't enough a free glass of wine is offered every night at sunset (7-7.30pm). We would never usually eat at our hotel but ate there all 3 nights. Location: Ideal, 5 min walk to the center of old town.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast choices, lovely balcony views of Med.

There's a problem with the drainage, they sort of fixed it, and were willing to change room if necessary. Is a 8- 10 minute uphill walk from Kas centre - just a warning for anyone with mobility problems.

The crew was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good, despite the extra-paid orange juice. Beautiful views from the balcony and the breakfast terrace.

Wi fi internet was not working very well.

Arrive at seven for dinner at the rooftop restaurant for gorgeous view over Kas, the harbour and the mountains in the distance. The sunset is spectacular. Turn left from the hotel and there is a 7k walk to a lovely quiet (stony) beach for swimmimg and sunbathing. Its a bit precarious in parts, but the views are spectacular there is a restaurant and facilities and there is a boat back! We met several different nationalities. Good value hotel.

The hotel is elevated. After a tiring day its an uphill walk back, It is possible to avoid steps, though! There is a pool but it isn't shaded, we didn't see any one using it.

The view from the roof terrace was absolutely fantastic overlooking the bay & Meiss island. Sunset was amazing. Only stayed for one night but if we were travelling in that area we would definitely stay again. We also had our evening meal there which was excellent value and quality.

We really liked this hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff and very professional. Pleasant rooms and good beds. The roof terrace is wonderful - the best possible place for breakfast and dinner. We ate there the first evening and decided to eat there every following evening - very good food and good value.
