I loved staying in Hotel Kayahan. The staff is really friendly and very helpfull and they will do anything to help you. Especially the lady at the reception. Rooms and bathrooms are bright and very clean. Hotel is on 3 minutes walk from the centre and short walking distance from the beautiful big beach. Very good price/quality value.

Staff were very friendly and super-helpful. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The hotel is just the right strolling distance from the centre of town. Meals on the upper floor terrace looking at the view were great.

Very efficiently run hotel with all the facilities you could wish for - lift, pool, and a terrace with the best sunset view you could wish for. The hotel is an easy walk from the centre of this charming seaside resort and the staff were impeccable in their care of us. Sad we could only stay one night but would have loved to stay longer.

Wow. We were so impressed with the hotel and the staff. Room: Fairly big incl ensuite, extremely clean, good A/C, comfy bed, with a great view over the bay from the balcony. Staff: Extremely helpful, super friendly, relaxed and always at hand to answer questions, have a chat, speak to local businesses on our behalf or even rush us to the bus station. Top guys. Food: Incredible choice, for both yummy buffet breakfast and dinner served on the terrace. The dinner comprised of an incredible selection of mezze, followed by a main of fish or meat from the grill and finished off with some fruit and/or cake, all of which for an extra 20TL per person, outstanding value!!! If that wasn't enough a free glass of wine is offered every night at sunset (7-7.30pm). We would never usually eat at our hotel but ate there all 3 nights. Location: Ideal, 5 min walk to the center of old town.

The hotel had a relaxed family feel to it and felt clean & fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.The food was very good-as good as in any of the restaurants we visited and often cheaper. Just a 5min.stroll into town for a variety of small shops, restaurants,bus station and excursion booking offices or to just stroll around the harbour front. We were surprised on our arrival that the swimming pool had not been pointed out to us and thought at first we'd made an error (we'd looked at so many hotels); no room for it behind the hotel as the ground rises sharply but then we realised the pool was situated at the side of the hotel.It was very pleasant but unfortunately was in full view of passers- by. Two of our group who used it didn't feel as relaxed as they would have liked, so we didn't make as much use of it as we'd expected- however two days of unusually heavy rain didn't help! A hedge of a flowering shrub could adequately provide some privacy.On one of the wet days we returned earlier to the hotel and in typical English fashion wanted a cup of tea! The staff were very helpful and provided hot water etc (out of hours) for us, but having a kettle in the room (with the accompanying packets,which I realise, may not be readily available) or the facilities available in the dining room would have avoided troubling the staff but provided that little extra for guests.

The receptionist was very kind and helped us to organize small trips around Kas. The other staff members seemed a bit uninterested....The hotel is very clean. The dinner is very good value for price. The staff offers a glass of wine to all guests every night in the restaurant. Wonderful view at sun set garanteed!

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast choices, lovely balcony views of Med. There's a problem with the drainage, they sort of fixed it, and were willing to change room if necessary. Is a 8- 10 minute uphill walk from Kas centre - just a warning for anyone with mobility problems.

Lovely welcome, very obliging staff, nice clean pool (not very private from road), balcony with a peep of the sea. We enjoyed our stay. The internet did not work in our room, had to sit in the lobby or dining area to get reception.

The crew was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good, despite the extra-paid orange juice. Beautiful views from the balcony and the breakfast terrace. Wi fi internet was not working very well.

Arrive at seven for dinner at the rooftop restaurant for gorgeous view over Kas, the harbour and the mountains in the distance. The sunset is spectacular. Turn left from the hotel and there is a 7k walk to a lovely quiet (stony) beach for swimmimg and sunbathing. Its a bit precarious in parts, but the views are spectacular there is a restaurant and facilities and there is a boat back! We met several different nationalities. Good value hotel. The hotel is elevated. After a tiring day its an uphill walk back, It is possible to avoid steps, though! There is a pool but it isn't shaded, we didn't see any one using it.

very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff - great 4th floor terrace with stunning views - room had a comfortable bed, small balcony and 180 degree sea view - very clean small bathroom, breakfast a bit dull (could have more fruit)

The view from the roof terrace was absolutely fantastic overlooking the bay & Meiss island. Sunset was amazing. Only stayed for one night but if we were travelling in that area we would definitely stay again. We also had our evening meal there which was excellent value and quality.

We really liked this hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff and very professional. Pleasant rooms and good beds. The roof terrace is wonderful - the best possible place for breakfast and dinner. We ate there the first evening and decided to eat there every following evening - very good food and good value.

Location superb with panoramic views from the terrace restaurant. Welcome from staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately some guests left air-con running all night which was very disturbing and we had zero sleep on one of the nights.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room had a nice view on the sea, and the view from the terrace (where the restaurant is) was just great. Fantastic dinner (buffet of delcious starters plus a main course - barbecued fish or meat) for less than 10 EUR per person, nice buffet breakfast. They also offer a complementary on-demand shuttle service to and from the bus station. What else do you want? :) The only (minor) complaints are the absence of a fridge in the room (which would have been very welcome in the torrid summer of Kas) and the fact that the bedside lights were too dim to be used for reading. These are the reasons for the "fair" rating that I gave for comfort. Anyway, all considered it was a great value for money. Totally recommended!

We had a brilliant time in Kaş and Hotel Kayahan was a adequate and precious place to stay. It has the biggest and most comfortable terrace with the possibly best ocean view in Kaş. You can also enjoy that awesome view from seperate bookable rooms with balcony as we had! Rooms are clean. The hotel just has 33 rooms what makes sure that it's very, very cosy. The staff is nice and helpful and stands for the very special flair you normally only have in hostels. Free Internet and drinks on account are available on the terrace the whole day. Cheap dinner with free wine was nice, too. From Hotel Kayahan you only need 2 minutes to the beach or 5 minutes to the city centre and harbour. It's just recommendable. We will definitely come back! No variety in breakfast. Clairaudient rooms.

The staff were great- very friendly and helpful, especially Casey. Make sure you have dinner on the roof-top terrace during your stay as the food is excellent and really good value. Location is good as it is quiet, but an easy walk down to the centre of Kas. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony with a sea view which was lovely. The room was small but we weren't too cramped- we only had one suitcase though. Bathroom was small but the shower had good water pressure. Air-conditioning worked well as it was very hot in July. Breakfast was the usual range of Turkish/European food- they did have cereal too. The bed was very firm and there were only 2 pillows.

The Terrace Restaurant has the best view! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady in the lobby arranged the Kekova trip for us. The hotel is very close to the town, and we had great time during our stay.
