Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma, då vi hade råkat ut för en olycka. Jag åt de bästa "köfte" under hela vistelsen iTurkiet.

This is a lovely hotel, and great value for money. Our room was clean and a decent size, with a great en-suite shower room. It also had a balcony with a very nice view of the sea and the town. The breakfast was the usual Turkish breakfast buffet, and very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I really cannot fault this hotel. I would happily stay here again.

We were very nicely treated by the owner, the woman in the reception and the young man, who seemed to do a lot oft things, like preparing breakfast and meeting us with a car at the busstation. The hotel is very well situated with a wonderful view over the sea and also very near the center of the beautiful and cosy town Kars.The hotel is also near the busstation, so you can easily reach interesting historical things.

Hotel Kayahan is a superb hotel: outgoing staff that is very helpful and friendly, excellent buffet breakfast on terrace with views of Mediterranean Sea. The room is spacious, very clean, and bathroom has an enclosed shower with plenty of hot water. Very quiet at night, beds are comfortable. I stayed 5 days and would have loved to stay longer!

Staff was amazing!! Provided a free shuttle to bus stop, answered all questions, upgraded to a seaside view for free, great breakfast with impressive view of the harbor, rooms clean and comfy, A+++++++++++.

Staff were very friendly and super-helpful. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The hotel is just the right strolling distance from the centre of town. Meals on the upper floor terrace looking at the view were great.

Rooms could do with modernizing and the bathroom was small but you get what you pay for and it was good value

Really great staff, fantastic sheltered rooftop terrace, and a very nice relaxed atmosphere. They also do a dinner in the evening that was excellent!

Lovely welcome, very obliging staff, nice clean pool (not very private from road), balcony with a peep of the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

The internet did not work in our room, had to sit in the lobby or dining area to get reception.

Wow. We were so impressed with the hotel and the staff. Room: Fairly big incl ensuite, extremely clean, good A/C, comfy bed, with a great view over the bay from the balcony. Staff: Extremely helpful, super friendly, relaxed and always at hand to answer questions, have a chat, speak to local businesses on our behalf or even rush us to the bus station. Top guys. Food: Incredible choice, for both yummy buffet breakfast and dinner served on the terrace. The dinner comprised of an incredible selection of mezze, followed by a main of fish or meat from the grill and finished off with some fruit and/or cake, all of which for an extra 20TL per person, outstanding value!!! If that wasn't enough a free glass of wine is offered every night at sunset (7-7.30pm). We would never usually eat at our hotel but ate there all 3 nights. Location: Ideal, 5 min walk to the center of old town.

The view from the roof terrace was absolutely fantastic overlooking the bay & Meiss island. Sunset was amazing. Only stayed for one night but if we were travelling in that area we would definitely stay again. We also had our evening meal there which was excellent value and quality.
