Alkoclar Keban Hotel    

Boravak u hotelu nam je bio ugodan,a najvise nam se svidio restoran koji se nalazi na krovnoj terasi i ima pogled na Bosfor.

i like the location and the roof top restaurant. the room's design is very good.

the room is small, and the bed was tiny, and uncomfortable.

Everthing , I do the check in at 10 am actully I suprised really, verry friendly staff great service & location since it's close to underground station

The hotel location is good, very close to metro and bus's stop. it is also near taksim street. The hotel staff are good people and helpful.

the hotel rooms are too small, and the beds are uncomfortable, I cant recommend this hotel because of these beds.

The location is excelent

- When we arrived we booked 2 connected rooms for 6 person and we surprised that they give us 2 rooms only for 4 person - the rooms is very small - the brekgast is not good and the staff is not friendly

Alcolar keban hotel was a great hotel in Istnbul. First of all,The location of the hotel is one of the best spots at Taxim. It is a lil bit away from night clubs and totally safe. Second,The staff were totaly freindly and copportive moreover,They are smiling all the time. Third, The breakfast buffet was suitable and delicious and the service is very good. The room is clean and suitable for families. No smell or dirty items were found. Other items like iron and iron board are available on demand. Finally, The Wireless internet is great . It is fast and stable however, username and password are needed everytime you log in (I only used it on Ipad and Iphone). In conclusion, the hotel is very good one and the price was extremely valuable specially for hotles insideTaxim.I really enjoyed my staying there and I recommend this hotel for those who are: Not looking for luxury furniture Looking for valuable price Not looking for night clubs hotles Discovering Istanbul for the first time And of course the families with kids

Of course nothing is perfect in this life!. The noise of the cars and outside people were able to be heard in the room only when you open the Window which makes your sleep a lil bit hard. The room is small however, it is just a hotel room. You won't live your whole life there. So, don't take is as a major problem i'm sure you can handl it

The staff were very cooperative .. they upgraded our room and it was very nice room with very gourgous view.

Breakfast were very limited

Hotel is situated very close to Takism square metro station and even closer to the main shopping street in Istanbul. Hotel has very nice terrace with the view for Taksim and Sea.

The hotels is very good and the stuff is very friendly and helpful and they speaks English very good . the room is very nice

The receptionist insist to charge me for some Internationale calls we didn't make it ! he charged me for 45 and 29 mints internationals calls ! even the first call was made at 18:37 and the second call after it was 18:45 !! how come the first call was 45 mints !!!! but he said this is computer system we never touch it ! so I felt there is some game playing around ! and this is not descent from big hotel !!!!

the price against the room condition was too high

every thing was rather fair but the room was too small to be stayed even for one day.

The hotel was very clean & the staff were excellent

When we booked the hotel we paid by credit card & it was not made very clear to us that the booking was not taken from my card at the timr of. Booking & that we would have to pay on arrival and the price would be subject to the exchange rate on arrival rather than at the point of. Booking this could have caused a problem if I did not have my credit card with me as I do not always carry it with me when I am travelling

Staff were so friendly which convinced me to stay due to their politeness.

rooms are too small - room was smelly - carpets are not clean - walls between rooms are not sound blocked so you can hear the normal conversation in the next room - breakfast was poor.

Like every other review. It is just for location. Staff know it too. You don't book a hotel like this to be impressed. You simply book it to be close to town.
