A la carte dinner is very little in size and choice , needs to have a shuttle bus to bodrum at least 2 times a day in each direction

Everything was amazing, it was our honeymoon and kempenski just made it better. The staff, place, facilities and the view everything is perfect we didn't want to leave the hotel!!

Definitely a luxury hotel, and we got it for a price that's only 50% higher than some of the budget hotels in Bodrum's city center, but the facilities and all are definitely 1000000x higher in standards. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and spacious with a great view. Breakfast was excellent, also with a great view. And they had a beautiful infinity pool with yet another gorgeous view. For those who visited when the weather is still too cold to swim outside can also go for a dip in their gorgeous indoor pool also overlooking the ocean. All in all, a great stay. I wasn't sure at first due to their location, but after staying there and going back & forth to Bodrum every day, I definitely did not regret my decision to stay with Kempinski Barbaros Bay all the way there, as the location is easier to navigate than the complicated one-way small roads in Bodrum.

We had a rental car, but we inquired if they have a shuttle that goes back and forth to Bodrum, and they didn'T. Thought it would've been a lot more helpful for their guests who didn't have a rental car if they just provided some kind of a periodic shuttle service to go back & forth to Bodrum. The bed was comfortable but the mattress was a little too soft for us, and it didn't provide good enough back support. We had to call housekeeping and ask for some padding to thicken the mattress. Navigating inside the hotel is a little complicated, as it is a huge hotel as well. We had to change elevators 3 TIMES to get from our room to the spa. I got lost too not knowing which elevator to take.

Large rooms with views on the Mediterranean. Chic decor. Great Facility. Crowded during summers and quiet and relaxing during winters.

My Balcony view was blocked by a tree. The Transportation provided by the hotel is really expensive. The offerings of the restaurant in the hotel are repetitive and the menus are limited. The Hotel is in a secluded area. There are no cafes, restaurants, markets, etc in walking distance.

Nice Building. Great Surroundings. Attentive Staff. Really Chic decor. Very Quiet place during winter.

The Transportation services of the hotel are really expensive. The dining options inside the hotel are very limited.

The laundry service was impeccable and the man in charge just as charming as could be. A total star. The beach and facilities are great as is the pool area. Service is super fast and friendly. Olive's was pretty relaxed with huge amounts of very good food and the Thai resrtaurant had authentic fare which was a nice surprise. Hotel common parts are spectacular.

Signage coming from the North by car was non existent for such a prestigious hotel - gotta sort that out. Sat nav saved us. The sales pitch at check in was poorly handled and not the way to go when guests wnt to chill. Likewise, when you're in the chill out area do you really have a guy coming around doing sales stuff...absolutely mad and completely unacceptable. Ban this practice forthwith! ...The little phones by the loungers are a great touch though.

the hotel is so nice ,the room we stayed in had a great view of the sea, staff were nice and hospitable and the Spa is one of the beast I've been to . all in all we had a very good time.

its not what we didn't like but some ppl my think its a bit old for them if they r looking for a party . these hotel is full of old ppl i think we where the only young couple over there but it was exactly what we where looking for just spending all day at the pool and sleeping early in other words being pamper and lazy.

It's luxurious hotel. It's decoration was beautiful . Very big hotel. Services were good.

Food was average, not that good,need improvement. The hotel was very far from downtown, where all the fun and resturant is.You have to pay great deal of money just to get there,that's why I had to rent a car.

everything was perfect

We had booked a standard room for around 400 euro. Was incredibly tiny, paid the extra money, double the price and got a wonderful room. Then everything was good. If only 2 people you do need to book at least a deluxe room.

There is only one word to describe Kempinski Barbaros Bay and that is perfect in every way. Rooms are amazingly clean and have wonderful view. Bay is amazing with clear blue water. Everywhere in and around the hotel is quiet and you do not see many people even if the hotel is totally booked. If you really want to relax with optimum luxury this is the place to go.

Freindliness and helpfulness of the staff - sea - beach - architecture of the hotel - design of the rooms

We would like to share our observations during our recent/current stay during your hotel compared to our previous experiences in your hotel Also to be noted is that some of these shortcomings would be easily forgiven in a five star hotel just like the many others in turkey but kempinski is claiming to be one of the leading hotels in a seperate league (or maybe you are no longer interested for such credentials?) and charges room prices accordingly for bed and breakfast. Any other extra provided in addition is also priced considerably so no wonder guests expect a high level of service This is not possible when you reduce the number of staff working who provide the basic services Beach: there is not sufficient number of housekeeping staff the present ones are being used not only for servicing the beach but also for cleaning in other Places they simply cannot do all the things required from them with so short number of people . They keep being friendly but this does not solve the problem . They dont do the cleaning they should since they are clening resteurant or other places . They become tired and dirty themselves (not their fault) They are not able to keep the beach and its surroundings tidy as short staffed. Also there is a general lack of organisation at the beach . Two or three people can occupy easily upto six seven sunbeds whilst other hotel guests are being shown the worst place in the beach . Shuttle service - is it upto and from the beach resteurant or only until the shuttle service stop ? There is a funny double standard here if you are persistent and impertinent or a celebrity you are being dropped and picked up from the resteurant if not you are being collected only after a good walk under the sun The resteurant serving the beach is also short staffed only couple of waiters are being sent out to serve the customers at a wide beach and they are the trainees . Here also the same principle applies as above .

Amazing beach- beautiful million dollar view Never seen before water- chilled, blue, transparent and clean. Hotel on a hill with amazing view. Perfect romance-Spa has amazing massages and treatments Hotel staff very well trained and friendly

Location is the tricky thing- if you are looking to relax then the hotel is perfect. However its a bit far (around 30min) from bodrum central and its better to have a car or else taxis become expensive.

What i loved about the Kempinski was its private beach which was accessed by an on-call golf buggy type service. It takes you to an from the beach at your request. The pool was excellent as was the gym facilities. We ate one of its restaurants La Duce and all the meals was excellent as was the service. We only stayed one night but would highly recommend staying here for longer; definitely worth the price

If you are interested in staying in and visiting Bodrum than I would not recommend to stay here as it is about 12km from that town. But if you were to skip Bodrum altogether and stay here you wouldn't regret it.

A fabulous hotel, with superb facilities, spectacular location, excellent service and an extra special attention to detail.

This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed. Very helpfull staff, beautiful beaches and very clear sea , clean and comfortable rooms are the major pluses for the hotel. Another nice detail is , the hotel has a silent beach apart from regular beaches so if you are looking for a peacefull and quite holiday hotel provides this opportunity as well. Hotel is very quite you dont see shouting animators or noisy childeren. Hotel does not provide too much entertainment facility (animations, live music etc..) so if you are looking for an active/energetic holiday rather than a relaxing holiday this place might not be correct place for you.

Food and drinks are unreasonably expensive especially considering the quality of the food provided.

I loved the location of the hotel first of all, the colour and the cleanliness of the sea attracted me the most, amazed by the architecture and the staff was so nice especially appreciated their behaviour to our baby son. I can not imagine any hotel more luxury than this.

The room was little bit small, especially when we have the baby cot.

The staff were unbelievably accommodating and pleasant...the setting for the hotel is spectacular...again, excellent staff!

Personel son derece giler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Spa kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.Deniz girişi biraz taşlı olmakla birlikte harika bir temizliğe sahipti balıkların eşliğinde yüzmek son derece keyifli idi...

El hotel esta situado a 20 minutos en coche del centro de Bodrum lo cual hace que se rompa el clima de relax si quieres salir a pasear o cenar.
