excelente la atencion del personalhacen que laestqadia sea realmente un lugar de placer y descansoescelente el desayuno y la buena voluntad de la gente que trabaja ahi.

The mattresses are not good, too hard and uncomfortable, they do not match the luxury of the hotel for the price, since one of the most important things in a hotel is a good sleep, this is actually the only thing that rest points to this magnificent hotel.. Unfortunately this one thing is too important and affects the overall concept at least to me, otherwise the place is very good, clean and luxurious.

The layout of the hotel was very confusing.

luxury hotel with beautiful spacious rooms all with sea view, excellent breakfast selection (until 12 noon), separate lounge for kids breakfast , there is also a club for the kids where they can color, play and do other activities. The kids area in the pool is very safe and big. Highly recommended. :)

Fantastic restaurants, pool and spa. Highly recommended.

The beaches were just beautiful and it has the most stunning swimming pool I have seen with the domes.

The walls and ceilings are very thin and walking from neighbours above and conversations can be heard very loudly. We had to change rooms. The water sport facility is outsourced and run by absolutely incompetent people and the material, I.E. boats and boards are in extremely bad shape.

Otel ici hizmet gercekten cok iyiydi - konumu ve deniz kiyisi muhtesemdi.

Otelin dekorasyonu, konumu, bodruma yakınlığı, bulunduğu koyun bakir olması gayet güzel. Spa özellikleri, kapalı havuzu, hamamı, sauna ve buhar odası da tavsiye edilebilecek gibi. Çocuk oyun odası ve çalışanları, yemek salonlarındaki çalışanlar iyi ve güler yüzlüydü. Standart, süperior. deluks odaları var. Süperior deniz manzaralı oda seçerek gittik. Oda arada sıkışmış, geride kalmış, ve deniz manzaralı bir otelde insanın içini daraltan bir koumdaydı. Odamızı istediğimiz bir yenisiyle değiştirdiler, Deluks odaya alıp fiyat farkı almadılar.

Kempinski markası altında işletilen otelin belli bir fiyat politikası uygulayacağını bilerek bu otele gittik. Ancak etrafında hiç bir tesis olamayan bir koyda yer alan otelde akşam sadece otelin açık büfesine mahkum oluyorsunuz. Ve o açık büfede ilk gece iki kişi yemek, bir kola, iki çay için 195 lira ödedik!! Biraz fazla değil mi? Bir de uzakdoğu restoranı var ama son derece sınırlı mönüsü ve İstanbul'daki Dragon'u bile aşan fiyatlarıyla hiç de cazip değil. Başka yemek ve menü seçeneklerinin olmaması çok sinir bozucuydu. Bir de otelin içinde bir yerden bir yere gitmek için sürekli inip çıkmak, yürümek ve asansöre binmek gerekiyor, küçük çocuklu bir aile için pek uygun değildi. Yine çocuklu bir aile olarak, oda servisinde "çocuğunuz için istediğiniz mama pişirilir" denmesine rağmen derdimi anlatıp yaptırana kadar (sadece pirinç ununu suyla karıştıracaklardı) tartışmam ve ısrar etmem gerekti. Ayrıca eşim rahatsızlanınca doktorun ofisinden bir tek tablet Renie (mide asiti alan tablet) dahi vermemek için direndiler. Eczaneden aldırdılar. Çalışanlar sempatik olsa da her duruma hazırlıklı değiller, pratik hiç değiller. Hiç tavsiye edemeyeceğim.
