Kempinski Hotel The Dome  

Very glamourous hotel but rather characterless. The breafast buffet was world beating.

Itialian food was not good.

The hotel room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It's a beautiful property but it has its problems.

Management at the Kempinski Dome needs to address the limited staff and the training of their staff. Kempinski Hotels wants to complete in a luxury, 5* category but the service at this hotel has been the worse that we have experienced in some time. Very poor and often no service at all at this hotel. #1 Checking in at 5:00 pm and our room was not ready. Waited 45 minutes from the time we entered the hotel until we were given a room. At 5:00 pm - not acceptable, and at no time were we offered another room/upgrade. #2 Luggage did not arrive promptly to our room after the considerable wait. #3 Only 2 evening rest. Options, the ala carte restaurant is a theme restaurant changed nightly & the 2nd choice- a buffet. The waiters ignored servicing our table - asked to order wine, poured our own wine, cleared our own plates, etc. #4 Checking out the young lady at reception did not know how to check a guest out. We had to wait for her colleague to finish with another guest to check us out. Hotel is so short staffed that in the morning there is one fellow retrieving luggage from rooms in addition to guest vehicles. I phoned down 15 minutes prior to requesting our car and it wasn't brought around. Check out was ridiculous waiting for someone who knew how to check out a guest. Ended up running and retrieving our own car to make it to the airport. Terrible, terrible service and would not recommend this hotel.

this hotel is good for families only. there is no night life there.

Nice hotel, good facilities ' nice beach

Staff can't speak English very well so it's difficult to comuncate with them.very far from Antalya city about 40 km

Everything: luxury hotel, excelent food, services since we arrived. The spa experience as I never had before. The best gift you can give to somebody you love or youself.

All was 100% satisfaction!

Very nice place those who likes relaxed vacation without any noize, huss, especially for those who likes playing golf. Excellent quisine, very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are spacy enough, good designed and decorated. People staying in the hotel gave no disturbance or inconveniences during the stay. For shopping you may choose either private limousine from the hotel with a driver assigned to you for the whole working hours or a bus picking up people from different hotels and delivering to the shopping district. Overall expression - excellent. Shall I stay at Kempinski again? Yes!

The buffet breakfast did not reach the standard of a five star hotel.

разнообразие кухни (вечером), SPA,тишина, спокойная атмосфера в отеле, приветливый персонал, удобно с маленьким ребенком.

Можно было бы сделать более разнообразным завтрак или хотя сделать это разнообразие по дням недели. А то если едешь на 2 или больше недель приходится есть одно и тоже!

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, guter Service, nur der Speisesaal hat eine laute Atmosphäre, nicht so komfortabel. Das Essen am Buffet war sehr gut !

Schönes Hotel, gute Zimmer, leckeres Frühstückbuffet, tolle Lage am Meer, mit eigenem Strand. Angenehmer Spa-Bereich, weitläufige Pool- Landschaft, angehm ruhige Gäste

Essensangebot sehr beschränkt. Man kann wählen zwischen Themen-Buffet oder a la carte Restaurant (täglich wechselnd). Faktisch hat man nur die Wahl zwischen 2 verschiedenen Küchen. Personal am Empfang überheblich. Bei Frühstücksbuffet unmotivierte Kellner, wenn man einen Capuccino oder Latte Macchiato bestellte. Zimmer sehr sclecht isoliert, man hört wirklich alles.
