Ottoman style decoration very attractive. Clean and good sized room. Helpful staff. Breakfast in another hotel within 100m.because of low number of guests but very good buffet breakfast nevertheless. Staff took car and parked it and returned it very quickly ready for departure. Good location 1 block back from seafront. Overall good value for money. Heating in the room did not work and it was a touch chilly overnight(Late November). |

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and at disposal for anything you need. The hotel is in the downtown and you have very easy access to all facility to visit the Canakkale historical places. 1) The bathrooms need to be refurbished. 2) Add fruit in the breakfast menu as an option for the people that are not used to have the turkish "kahvalti". |

The ambiance of the hotel and the helpfulness of staff off-site parking; also, kitchen was closed so breakfast was at the sister hotel |

The hotel is housed in an old traditional Ottoman House, very nice atmosphere. Rooms are small but comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant in a different building adjacent to a lovely garden with terrace. This hotel is really value for money! Since the hotel is in the middle of the city in the evening it was a bit noisy with youth coming back from bars. |

A very spacious room with good facilities. The breakfast choice was considerable, imaginative, and served in a lovely courtyard location. The staff were most helpful and gave good advice. A lovely hotel with atmosphere. The one single drawback was disco noise that occurred at the weekend due to the large student population |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quaint and in an excellent position for walking to the seafront in Cannakale where a lot of restaurants are located. Could get very noisy at night because of the hotel's position in the centre of town. Also, bathroom let it down as was the case in the other hotels in Turkey we stayed at. |

A comfortable, clean hotel ideally placed for the ferries, restaurants, shops etc. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and tasty scrambled eggs! Rooms had character. Lighting in rooms was dim. Remember to take your own basin plug (infuriating). 2 lira for a make your own teabag drink in the foyer was an irritation. The location of the hotel meant that earplugs a necessity at night. Relatively small niggles. |

Actually, we did not like anything at the hotel. We were given a very small room and it was full of mosquitos (we killed about 15 in one night!!!) and there were still a lot of them, so obviously we were stung quite a few times (I personally experienced it on my back and lips...I let you imagine the size of the lips the next day!!). On top of this, the staff of the hotel put some poison for moth in the bathroom and room and the smell was so overwhelming and aweful that it gave us a really bad sore throat. well if you like being stung by mosquitos and the smell of poison for moth, then that is the hotel for you! |

Staff friendly and helpful, good location (uncomfortable, old town centre etc). Free valet parking. Attractive/atmospheric garden to see during breakfast. The Sultan Suite where I stayed is very uncomfortable and even dangerous at some points (shower, bedroom dome light), practically unacceptable: 3 very small levels, the 2nd stair is dangerous, bedroom and bathroom suit only for people of heightl ess than 1,60m . They should stop rent it or at least, they must warn the potential customers. Plumping in a state of disrepair. |

The staff were extremely helpful at any time and helped organsie tours that suited us individually including a private tour of the Gallipolibattlefiels and memorials. Although the garden was accessible and very nice it appeared to be often in use as a work space for management which discouraged us from making use of it more. |

Staff friendly and helpful, position very good (near ferries, town centre etc). Free valet parking. Attractive building. A few small niggles, but good value for money. Triple room a bit small. We were in the old part of the hotel - good atmosphere, but lesser rooms. Hot water patchy. |

The hotel is in a lovely old house with a large garden in the heart of a charming seaside town. The staff were pleasant and very helpful; the breakfast was tasty and abundant. The town of Canakkale is very very nice, with a many points of both scenic and historic interest. |
