Kids enjoy the pool and slides.Lots of kids so they made friends - this was biggest benefit Many things here. First, they turn the ac off every night and do not ac most of the common areas. When things get difficult they cant speak english. Room Service doesnt answer the phone... Ever. Only 1 power socket on the floor for vaccuum I expect. Only 2 english channels - bbc and cnn. Food was cafeteria. One peson maybe 2 trying to cook eggs for several hundred people at breakfast. Water slides dont open on time as publicised. Al acarte only availbel for 1 meal for entire week stay, of course the ac goes off whilst ypur swealtering in the restaurant. There are many things to note but I would not do this holiday again- many would as it is fun for kids. I cant imagine how this can be considered 5 star. Bedding, pillows a joke. Bed was a base with no mattress. Decor non existent in rooms. Constant stream of people at reception making complaints abourt one thing or another until you jsut give up and accept a poor 3 star with a great pool and fun for kids.

Really polite staff,Clean rooms, Delicious foods, ... And having especial one in its staff; Thank you Mr.ERDEM For every thing. It is better to turn on the air conditioner in lobby all of the day. Sometimes it is of and the lobby people feel bad in hot weather of Antalya.

Otelin konumu güzel tüm odalar deniz manzaralı. Havuzu oldukça büyük kaydırak vs. gibi eğlence imkanları da var. Yemekler fena sayılmazdı salata bar özellikle çok zengindi ama genel olarak bence daha iyi olabilirdi. Yoğunluğa rağmen servis yapan personel gayet nazikti ve isteklerimizi karşıladı.Odaların sade dekorasyonu da bana göre bir artı. Otel güzel yapılmış fakat bakımı özenli yapılmamış sıva ve boya izleri vardı duvarlarda. Animasyon neredeyse hiç yoktu diğer otellerden gelen sesleri rahatça duyabiliyorduk. Bu kimine göre bir artı olabilir fakat tatilde animasyon isteyen kişiler için kesinlikle olumsuz bir özellik. Meyve hemen hemen hiç çıkmadı hep buzhane meyvesi gibi elma portakal vardı, halbuki çilek erik gibi meyvelerin tam mevsiminde gittik. Aynı şekilde tatlılar hiç çeşitli değildi hep aynı çıktı ama lezzetleri kesinlikle kötü değildi. Genel olarak iyi bir otel ama maalesef organizasyonu çok zayıf iyi işletilirse çok fark yaratabilir.

Le personnel de la reception excellent, efficace tres gentil restaurant de meme Les tapis de couloirs paraissent degoutants a 3h dumatin 2 membres du personnel sont entres dans la chambre sans frapper et lorsqu'ils ont vu mon ami , sont partis sans s'excuser et a la reception on ne savait pas pourquoi au bar au 1er il y a une carte all in comprenant liqueur mais on nous a dit aucune liqueur????????????

Excelente localização. Relação preço/qualidade muito boa. Quartos muito bons, grandes e bem equipados. Os quartos com vista mar são excelentes, com grandes vidraças a proporcionar uma vista fantástica. A comida também é muito boa, com pequeno almoço intercontinental muito bom e refeições variadas. Serviço "tudo incluido" completo e mais do que suficiente. O facto de não disponibilizar wifi gratuito. Custo de 10€/dia pela utilização da mesma é muito exagerado. Disponibilizam 2 Pc`s com acesso gratuito, mas são obviamente insuficientes para tanta gente. O uso de alcatifa nos quartos e corredores de Hotel. Além de acumularem pó e lixo, estão já manchados e a precisar de reforma urgente. A falta de grande limpeza nas "camas" e mesas de apoio junto á piscina e na praia. Falta de serviço próprio de transporte do Aeroporto para o Hotel e vice-versa.

Für das Animationteam ein ganz großes Dankeschön der Aufenthalt war dank euch für uns sehr erholsam. :-) Ansonsten alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Durch sehr viele Arabische Gäste war das Haus sehr laut vorallem Nacht's. Mit unserem Zimmer waren wir auch nicht ganz zufrieden, hatten leider nur zwei Einzelbetten... tausch war nicht möglich.
