The free hamam with a central pool of very warm rebirthing thermal water. Good scrubb and soap massage (both not to expencive)
The staff don't smile a lot and sometimes don't speek a good english but anyway is efficient and find always the right solution to your problem
Good food friendly staff
Staff unsure of prices caused difficulties. Hamman good but waited an hour for workman as pump for water was broken, very uncomfortable beds
Swimming outside in the thermal pool
Ansolutely everything else. No towels or wraps or water or personnel in the hamam. Tiny puddle for the women and huge pool for the men in a separate hamam. Zero customer service, nonstop excuses about being a busy holiday time. We spent the whole day waiting and giving up. Broken promises, disappointments. I was disgusted.
if I consider a 4 stars hotel, it is good. It is not a 5, definetively (but I pay for a 4 level I must admit)
restaurant service was poor
The best features of this place is getting free access to turkish hamam plus breakfast varieties.
Wifi was slow.
Everything is excellent except 2 points need attention.
1) We went there for the Turkish Mineral Bath. The hotel provides free bath service as well as paid private bath. The lady responsible for the ladies bath did not let my wife in because my wife was wearing swimming suit. She wanted her to have almost nothing on! This is strange in a free country! We had to pay 90 Turkish Liras to rent a private bath. This is expensive. 2) One company operating inside the hotel arranged a nice trip to the mountain. The schedule included a visit to Lukum Factory. One would expect to buy from the factory 30% cheaper. But I discovered I paid almost double!. This part of the trip should be cancelled, else the blame will be on the hotel.
the room is very comfort
i stayed for 8 days they never change the breakfast everyday the same breakfast
The staff were good but no english. Just the receptionist knows some english. The room was not very good. The bed was bad. Tge rest are average
Hammam is wonderful and makes you feel like you really are in XIII century.
Bathroom had a bad smell and no fan. The thermal pool wasn't hot and when we arrived everything was closed (at 8 pm) even thou opening hour is until 10 pm. It was very cold generally also in thermal area and room (wind was entering in the room under balcony door).
Old historic spa fron roman and renewed by ottomans was great
The turkish bath service people (hamam kese etc) even though nice people shall go thru a pro training to differentiate how to act for local people and tourists
facalities was excelent ,spa' hamam' termal....
you can find better hotel in bursa lower prices and better qualitiy
The old hamam is free of charge for the hotel guests, and is located in a beautiful, ancient building: is like being in the past for a while. There is also a separated swimming pool (and another one in the courtyard that I think they open in summer). The staff is attentive and very well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay there (too short!). Great value for money.
Well, the wifi in the room was not the best.
I chose this hotel only because of the historical hammam attached to it...
Probably last time staying in this place. Dark corridors, smelly health club, dirty carpets.... Uncomfortable beds in small rooms... Tasty breakfast buffet with an extremely poor presentation. Buffet location very uncomfortable. Very unpleasant restaurant layout, uneven floor surface... This hotel needs a serious attention if they want to compete. This is a city where a number of brand new international luxury hotels have opened one after the other recently.
good hammam and good location of the hotel Only good staff at the reception
terrible attitude of the staff rooms are not clean bad breakfast in the mornings Room very cold holey sheets and dry bed
Spa, bath ABD pool
Brekfast si poor.
This contemporary hotel system is built around a historical/authentic roman/Ottoman Bath. It is amazing to see an ancient Spa from 1300's is still operational with excellent pools and resting areas. Breakfast is outstanding and access to all pools and thermal bath area is well thought of. This hotel is in an historical area which is very close to downtown Bursa.Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
The hotel structure may need a better maintenance and renovation.
Turkish bath is realy good.. Very clean and hot.. Breakfast was good.. Foods were Quality and tasty..
Room was little bit small.. Pool is small and not too warm.. So it's not adequate..
I do not remember such things
Unfriendly staff, uncomfortable room with amazing bad twin bed .Smoke smell(I prefer non smoking room with king size bed).Dirty area, dirty pool with dirty change room.Dirty floor....I could list.We were never such a worth hotel since when we born.
Facilities and standards of a large hotel, great selection for breakfast. The best is the free use of hamam - though one has to pay for the extras (soap bath & massage are the extras). Staff was helpful and allowed us to check-out late.
Not much option for dinner in the hotel.
hamam building, beautiful at night
too old; too dirty; at 3 m of my room was a concrete wall.
The hotel in general is nice but not woooooow at all
Location is isolated, not clean at all, staff is nice but they have amathimatical problem, they count for me the bill so many time and the day of checkout still asking for money but I refuse to pay, ac is very baaaaaaaaaaaaad
Hotel and Turkish bath
They charged extra money for Turkish bath.
