Perfect location, in front of the ferryboat Alsancak Pasaport. Friendly staff, they always help when you ask something. Nice seaview. Good and clean hotelroom (with nice pillows), everyday clean towels. Very nice and clean shower, even with lots of options. Easy to use free Wifi, which is always working. Bathtub coudn't be used because the plug wasn't there. But the shower was working perfectly!

Excellent location, both convenient to enjoy the view of Aegean Ocean and get to the city centre. Restaurants and shops are just surrounding. Very comfortable room with beautiful window view. Very nice and helpful staffs and very good room facilities. Easy to use Wifi everywhere in the hotel. The best hotel I ever stayed in Turkey. Reasonable price. Strongly recommended!

Location was very good with quick access to loads of dockside restaurants. Shower entrance was challenging. The tub was deep, and you entered from the rear corner, which meant that you were likely to get a blast of cold water until you figured out the shower controls.

The near they are from the sea The reception people (specially the friday and saturday afternoon) was really unfriendly .There was many light in the room when the sun started in the morning and it was not possible sleep after 6 in the morning or after lunch in the afternoon. The water system of bathroom was broken one night and we I was awaken there was 2 centimeters of water. When they decide to change my room the new one was older and worse than the previous one. When I went to pay the bill was in turkish lira, and no in euro as I booked in booking.com and I had to pay 8% more than when I did my booking.

The location is excellent, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was quite good as well. There is only one elevator which is not enough for the number of the rooms the hotel has - people had to wait quite a while, especially in the morning.

Fantastisk udsigt over Izmir bugt. Tæt på restauranter M.M. Helt forfærdeligt støjniveau fra gaden og bar under hotel. Sover ellers rimeligt tungt, men lukkede ikke et øje.

bonne situation , personnel aimable . les chambres donnant sur mer ont une fenêtre qui ne peut que s'entrouvrir . Bruit une grande partie de la nuit - chambre avec vue sur mer - ocasionné par la sono du bar voisin .Revoir le concept du déjeuner qui ne ressemble pas au petit déjeuner continental .

berbat bir kahvaltı... berbat tv... ve en onemlisi o parayı haketmeyen bir otel...sadece konumu itibariyle iyi bir otel.. 100 euro ya all inclusive olan 4 yıldızlı otelde kalınır..

Location - on the waterfront in Izmir. Breakfest was ok. Staff was helpful. Room could have been updated a bit, especially the carpets. Same for the hotel halls. Some unpleasant smells. Disco downstairs could also disrupt sleep...

Hotel has excellent position by the sea. Staff was very friendly and I was allowed to use internet free of charge. Breakfast: selection of the food was nothing special. Average Mediterranean "light" breakfast
