It ıs close to everythıng in Goreme, but not ın the centre so it ıs also quıet. I can't say enough good thıngs about the qualıty and cleanlıness of the place, ıt ıs fantastıc. But the best thıng about Kısmet ıs the owner, Faruk. He ıs a lovely guy and wıll go out of hıs way to organıze whatever you need, whether a dıscount at a turkısh bath or tours to underground cities or balloon flights. He has good old fashıoned values whıch are hard to come by. Pleasure to stay there and i wıll stay there agaın when i return. Nothıng to say, ıt was a fantastıc stay

We liked that the hotel was close to the centre of town. The hotel has great character and we loved having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley. However it was the personal attention we got from the owner/manager Faruk that made it really special. He was able to arrange side activities of high quality and at rates significantly lower than the "walk up" rates quoted in town. Also Faruk personally drove us to sites and activies in the area at no charge. But perhaps the best thing about the Kismet Cave Hotel is that Faruk is in his own way a great observer of life and something of a philosopher. In several very interesting conversations he provided us with an insight into Turkish culture that we might not otherwise. Have got.
