Klas Hotel  

Only a 2min walk to the tram (Lelili station) which was a 10min ride (about 4 stops) from the main tourist area. Room was spacious, airy and light, spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. Modern contemporary luxury en-suite. Staff were extremely helpful and was able to book in earlier than stated check in time. Good buffet style breakfast included cereal/eggs/cheeses and ham/salads/pastries and fruits.

Very well located, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, polite and helpful staff.

Very small and noisy room looking to the street, with highly impractical facilities: no light in front of the mirror in the bathroom, no storage space in the bathroom, we kept our things on the floor, dirty carpet and curtain, bad isolation of the window, no space to stand in front of the mirror. The elevators are very small, max. 3 people can fit into them, or 2 with luggage, and they run very slowly. The terrace on the top of the building was closed, in spite of great weather. The whole hotel would need thorough renovation.

Location is ok, price and service acceptable.

Slippers was not available.

Really friendly staff and really well run

Cost of drinks were expensive especially water

The breakfast is gr8 the best we had in any other hotel .. so much variety . we enjoyed it .

The reception employee was rude . he made fun of us because we were staying just for 1 night (the fresh deal was for 1 night) . recommend this hotel only during fresh deals ;)

Vi bokade hotellet för att få tillgång till jacuzzi när vi kom dit var inte denna öppen under ngn av våra fem dagar, urdåligt!

La camera è piccola, pavimento con moquette, la porta del bagno si affaccia direttamente sulla camera.

Personale gentile e disponibile,posizione vicina a luoghi di interesse storico, zona servita bene da ristoranti,camere un pò piccole ma ben tenute

хороший эавтрак, удобный бесплатный wi-fi, дружелюбный персонал говорящий на русском. при заезде отксерили паспорта и никаких денег на карте не блокировали, при выезде оплатили картой-очень удобно и просто.

небольшой, чистый, ухоженный отель, хорошая кухня, расположен очень удобно.

стандартные номера очень маленькие, но это незначительный минус :)

Buenos dias, desde españa os deseamos una feliz entrada de año,nuestra estancia en el hotel Klass a sido maravillosa, todo el persona encantador y nos hemos sentido muy felices no podemos definir es es lo que mas nos a gustado porque todo a estado perfecto y con amabilidad de todos los que componen el servicio y recepcion, volveremos a Estambul y al hotel por supuesto sera nuestro sitio de estancia un saludo de Rosa Maria fernandez, Asier Mateu,Consuelo Mateu y Elena garcia hasta el proximo año

Me ha defraudado mucho esta vez mi estancia en klas hotel, he reservado 3 dias 1 dia solo y 2 dias , porque tuve que desplazarme a otra cuidad a la vuelta mi reserva no estaba confirmada , no tenia habitacion porque el hotel estaba completo y tuvieron que ofrecerme otro hotel de baja calidad y al dia siguiente volvimos al hotel
