Klas Hotel  

Only a 2min walk to the tram (Lelili station) which was a 10min ride (about 4 stops) from the main tourist area. Room was spacious, airy and light, spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. Modern contemporary luxury en-suite. Staff were extremely helpful and was able to book in earlier than stated check in time. Good buffet style breakfast included cereal/eggs/cheeses and ham/salads/pastries and fruits.

Klas Hotel has very unexpirenced staff and unhelpful. Brekfast its very poor, room (delux) it was nice and conf. I arrived at the hotel around 16:00 and had to wait till 23:00 for my room to get ready, I was so dispointed with the matter, and they gived us some nonsense excuses. I would never go back to this hotel

The hotel was well appointed, although the neighborhood was a bit noisy at night. The breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose from and a good variety to suit all tastes. Please make a note that "the hotel has an airport pick-up and drop-off service offered to the guests", at a decent fee. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The rooms were very comfortable and big enough for 2 people sharing. the only drawback was there was limited hot water in the shower if it was used between 8:00 - 8:30 am., due to the number of users at that time. This should be fixed. The lobby should have a double door, as whenever the door opened, there was a draught of cold air in the lobby, and the guests had to sit in the lobby with their coats on!

Location is ok, price and service acceptable.

The hote is situated in the city centry close to all main sights, the staff is polite well dressed and speak many languages. The breakfast is ok bu the restaurant is downstairs maybe it will be better if the restaurant will be on the terrace... So, rooms are nice. I stayed in 2 rooms- on my first night I stayed in standard room and on my second nights they upgraded my room ( free of charge!!) and I stayed in suite and I'd like to say that the suite room is huge and very comfortable!! Thanks to all staff for the nice time I spent in Klas Hotel

Standard rooms are little bit small but lots of hotel in Istanbul have the same problem. Even the rooms are not so big they are nice decorated and very usefull. But again I would advise use to book suites the are really amazing!

Zeer kleine 2 persoons kamer. Benauwd en niet geschikt voor 2 volwassen.

عجبني موقع الفندق بالقرب من الأسواق والمطاعم وخدمة تنظيف الغرف وقربه من الترام

لم يعجبني من الفندق كثرة الضجيج والأصوات تصل الى الغرفة و مراوح الحمامات معطلة مما سبب روائح كريهة في الغرفة موظفي الإستقبال لم يكونوا بالمستوى المطلوب بالإضافة الى عدم تعاونهم في احضار الملابس المغسولة مما يدفعك للبحث عن ملابسك بنفسك في المغسلة

хороший эавтрак, удобный бесплатный wi-fi, дружелюбный персонал говорящий на русском. при заезде отксерили паспорта и никаких денег на карте не блокировали, при выезде оплатили картой-очень удобно и просто.
