The hotel met all our needs. It had a nice restaurant and the room was of a good standard. The staff were friendly also. The hotel was undergoing renovations and the indoor pool and health centre were not available for use. There were no shops or restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

was a horrible experience staying at kolin hotel due to no air-conditioning for most part of the stay in such hot climate and extremely negative and rude staff very rude staff

The Kolin is a large, modern, clean hotel with friendly, efficient staff. It has all facilities including spa, swimming pool and family games room. The location is perfect, on the sea front and very well placed for the tour of Canakkale and Galipolli.

Das Einchecken verlief zügig und professionell, das Personal war seh zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Gleiches gilt für den Gepäcktransport zu den Zimmern. Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf die Dardanellen ist beeindruckend, die Zimmer sind in Relation zum Preis komfortabel. Der positive Eindruck, den das Hotel ansonsten vermittelt, wird durch die Situation im Speisesaal zunichte gemacht. Es handelt sich um einen lärmerfüllten Raum, das Personal wirkte angesichts der Menge der Gäste mehr als überfordert. Dies sogar noch am folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück. Der Speisesaal steht auf dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge und ist einem Fünfsternehotel in keiner Weise angemessen.
