The interior is beautiful and the location is alright. Could smell residual smoking smell and the toilet is slightly smelly as well. Otherwise is comfortable. |

Excellent location in a market street, great breakfast, nice staff (speaking excellent English). If you are by car, not easy to reach because it's in the middle of a market street. It has a parking, though. |

Very helpful staff, very clean, nice breakfast,parking site and comfortable triple room. I would recommend this hotel to foreign travelers,bcs of good location in center. Even the area seems not good, it is saved and colourful. noisy in mornings bcs there are many traditional shops in the hotel street. |

the staff was excellent, very helpful and responsive to any demand or question; hotel is very clean and air conditioning is available in the rooms; breakfast is good, the only thing missing is the coffe (they provide only instant coffe and tea), but you can get a very good turkish coffe in the nice coffe places the hotel is very nice and very well positioned in the center of the city but is a bit difficult to find it; the streets are very narrow and its difficult to get access by car |

The staff were very helpful and generous in all matters and enquiries. The breakfast was fantastic, it had a great variety of everything you could want. The rooms were great, very clean and modern and had everything that you could want. It is a great location for the markets, the agora and the park section and museum section of town. The hotel caters mainly for Turkish/International businessmen, so a solo traveller looking for planned tours of northern tourist sites was not something they were use to organising, however, it worked out in the end. Also the area is very safe during the day, but if you are female and a solo traveller is not too safe to go out in this area in the evening. |

The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke perfect english to answer our questions.The air cond. worked great in both our rooms. Hotel was very quiet we had a good night's sleep. The wireless internet was down which was disappointing since we had some work we had to do. Breakfast was not too exciting. |

Men hielp ons met het bellen naar het autoverhuurbedrijf zodat zij de auto op ons moment kwamen brengen. Een rustige kamer (bij boeking) aangevraagd en een kamer aan de herrieachtige voorkant gekregen terwijl het hotel matig bezet was. |
