Our stay at the Koza Hotel was the highlight of our vacation. This is a 5 star plus boutique hotel and is a must stay when visiting Goreme. The owners are wonderful and hospitable and made us feel extremely special and welcome. The Hotel is very tastefully decorated and is a home away from home - more importantly was extremely clean we were treated likel royalty! Aylin and Paul from Canada Best hotel ...

This is by far the most fun, unique hotel I have ever stayed in. It's literally built into rock so you are staying in a cave. I spent some talking with the owner and he put a lot of thought and love into this place. Each details from the lighting fixtures to the furniture were custom and handmade. I stayed in the honeymoon suite and the view was spectacular. Not only was the hotel great but the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I thought I was coming down with a throat infection and the owner personally took me to the doctor and helped me get a prescription for antibiotics. I am so thankful I stayed here and would love to visit again.

This family owned hotel redefines hospitality. Never have felt more at home in any other hotel. The hotel is beautiful and they keep improving on it. They offered tea, coffee, excellent simple food and friendly conversation way beyond what would be expected from any hotel. Already missing them.

Koza Cave Hotel is a very pretty hotel dug into Cappadocia's fairy chimneys. The owners are the staff, and they couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Their suggestions helped insure that we made the most of our 48-hour stay in Goreme.

Warm, friendly and honest. Words that best describe the family that run this well designed, quaint yet luxurious boutique hotel. We left with beautiful, unforgettable memories courtesy Dervish (the owner) and his lovely, hospitable family. A must visit place and a must stay at hotel.

Each room is beautifully designed and typical of the topography of the region since Cappadocia is replete with caves. They're also very tastefully done up. As the place is managed by the family that owns it, the service has a really personal touch and we were really floored by the hospitality at Koza. I would highly recommend a stay here. And would love to return here someday.

Koza is a lovely family-run hotel, decorated with elegant simplicity and taste, extremely clean and with breathtaking views from their terraces. The owners and their sons are very nice and helpful, having organized everything I needed - from balloon trips to shutlle to Nevsehir airport. Having learned I was spending my birthday with them, they even invited me to dine with the family that night, I was very very touched! I loved everything about the hotel, except having to eventually leave. Planning to go back with family and close friends next spring.

We discussed wine and got a bottle of local cappadocian wine compliments of the owner. They did not even let us pay for the taxi to the bus stand. Amazing breakfast, fresh apple tea, local gossip, good advice, and warm hospitality. The whole family is an amazing ambassador for Turkish tourism.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, wonderfully furnished, glorious mattress, and linens, immaculately clean, and no two room are alike. Best of all is the family that owns and operates the Koza Cave Hotel. Koza in Turkish translates cocoon. The family assisted in suggesting outings, arrange tours or tickets, and transported me to events. They always had time for conversation. I departed feeling I was leaving precious family behind.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Its owned by a family and they are really friendly and very helpful. A lot of effort has gone into the place and it really shows. The breakfast was great, and the additional help and information about the area was really appreciated.

If you are thinking of staying at Koza Cave Hotel. Just go! The cave rooms are spacious and beautiful. Each one being unique. The owners have gone to a lot of effort here. The owners are very helpful and friendly, yet unintrusive. One guest forgot to bring something and the owner's son went and bought it for him late in the night. The breakfast can be enjoyed inside or on one of the terraces looking out over the valley and waving to people floating past in balloons. The owners helped us work out where to go for a walk we wanted to do and with other matters. Restaurant next door has amazing food at good prices and included many vegetarian options.Do stay at Koza. You'll be glad you did. We planned to stay one night and ended up staying for four.

Excellent location, views and family run hotel. Small size (only 10 rooms). Nicely furnished with old and hand made items. Hospitality of the Dural family is great (Dervish (co owner) even gave the ladies some organic soap on departure). Mattress is hard and could do with replacing. Other guest smoke a lot in outdoor areas somewhat spoiling the ambience.

Koza cave hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed. I stayed in the suite room and it has a great view of the town. Interior is well decorated. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us to arrange everything; tour, balloon and dervish dance. I'll definitely come back to this hotel.

Very helpful friendly staff, good suggestions as to what to do and where to go. The rooms are wonderful, lovely atmosphere. Great views from terrace. Easy to walk to the town for dinner,or as we did, be picked up and returned to and from a restaurant further away. A shame that the guests need to walk through the office to get to the breakfast area.It is possible to eat outside on the terrace(via the office)but difficult to negoitate the steps carrying a tray of food and hot drinks. A small complaint as overall it was a great place to stay.

Loved this hotel! Breathtaking views over Pigeon Valley and of Uchisar Castle, with their fairy chimneys, as well as occasional early morning hotair balloon fly-by'S.... So beautiful. The family who run the hotel are lovely and helpful, and will arrange tours to visit underground cities & fairy chimney's, hot air balloon rides and airport transfers. The cave rooms are traditional but with modern fittings, and very comfortable to stay in. There are a number of terraces where you can eat breakfast or have a drink while taking in the view, as well as comfortable outside living areas to relax in. The hotel is only a short walk away from the centre of Goreme.
